SCUM..This guy has stolen $850 from me in a cage buying deal. I sent a cashiers check for 6 Neodesha cages the 1st of July and he still has not delivered them despite my being "patient" as per his request..Now he has stopped responding to my emails at all..Anyone else out there had any dealings with him?? I guess up 'til now, Ive just been lucky and have always dealt with honest people in the herp business. This was an interstate deal (Co/Tx) Who should I contact first to press charges? My local officials, the post master, FBI??? |

As far as recourse goes, we think law enforcement would be the way to go. Contact the local as well as state police in his area. If it was done over the internet Tom has provided the FBI website to report internet fraud. Here is the web address WWW.IFCCFBI.GOV Good luck and report this to every authority you can. If everyone nails these people who do this I would think evetualy they can be weeded out. |

9363.html Posted At 19:06:04 09/24/2001 I purchased a Boa from Emiliano the first week of June for $350 and paid $50 shipping, the boa came in very sick, foaming from the mouth and blowing bubbles out of it's nose, (I tried calling him right away but was told he was on vacation), so when I got a-hold of him about a week later and told him what was going on he said no problem that he send me the money back as soon as he sold his cages - so now I've got a dead boa in my freezer. and it looks like I'm out $400, I guarantee he's going to wish that he refunded my money. here is his exact words. Danny, the cages are sold, and supposedly the money is sent off to me already, only problem is that he sent it regular mail and not next day. So I should be receiveing the cash in the next few days. You'll get it one way or another. I'm a man of my word so don't worry about it, you're not going to get ripped here. It would of been easier if you would have contacted me the day that the boa started acting up and not a couple of weeks later, then I wouldn't have invested that money into my morgage. thanks, Milo I've got about three or four e-mails like this one with him saying that he is going to refund my money, oh well, so it's been almost 3 months and still no money, and now he won't even answer my phone calls because he's got caller I.D. and he's not man enough to talk to me, and he also won't answer my e-mails, even if he would send me $50 a month until it was paid off that would be better then nothing. anyway he got out of reptiles to breed Pit Bulls, so if you or anybody you know is considering doing business with this guy I would think twice because obviously he is not a man of his word. p.s. this is not over by any means, were still in the first quarter. |
