I must say I don't even know this guy and I've never done buisiness with him, but I somehow am on his Blacklist. Only the strange thing is this. I don't use my personal email for buisiness and that's the email address he used. The only person I used that with is Michael/Joey Wright which makes me beleive they are buddies or something. I always have references that let people know I am a great person to deal with. I've dealt with Dwight Good and he has never complained about me and I've dealt with Britt Wasson and he has never complained about me. As a matter of fact I want anyone who has dealt with me that reads this to post their experiences here. I'm willing to bet no one has anything negative to say. I only found out about this because someone I've dealt with noticed it and sent me an email. I have never ripped anyone off or even been accused of ripping anyone off. I don't think anyone should deal with this Kringles Rescue until he removes his bogus blacklist. Half of the people on it have never dealt with him. Beleive me I've checked. This guy won't even give his real name. I'm also planning to file a slander lawsuit against him. |

I havent purchased a reptile from T.C. yet but I have talked to people who have and I have and they were completely satisfied with the reptile, price, service, and advice. I also have asked T.C. for advice and he has given me good advice every time. I dont claim to know the circumstances of why T.C. is on the list and in all honesty, it sounds like T.C. doesnt know either. My advice is to know all of the facts before you judge somebody and it sounds like this guy doesnt know all the facts. Having talked with him on many occassions, I've found him to be very reputable and knowledgable about his animals. I would NEVER hesitate to buy from him or listen to any advice he has to offer in caring for your creatures. |

Just E-mail him and ask him why if he knows nothing about you, or has never dealt with you, are you on his list. I e-mailed him directly several times when I was told, and he swore I was never on it! He had just cleared all the names off of it because of all the complaints he was getting , and now I see he's back at it! I can only figure that anybody who sells or deals in herps/reptiles/etc, and is though to be competition to him, will be on the list at sometime or other. I think his list and his actions speak for themselves....WHAT AN IDIOT!!!! Everyone of you e-mail him and ask WHY !!! Hopefully he'll stop this childish stuff and grow up!! |

I immediately emailed Michael and confronted him about my appearance there, when ive never dealt with him, nor have displeased any customers to my knowlege. Although heated, i kept my cool, and he responed apologetically and told me it was a mistake by his wife, and the site was removed. Now, as if it was funny the first time, its back, and im on there, along with Tom Hill, who i deal with and find to be an excellent business man. This guy seems to think he can post unwarranted slander on the net about people that have done him no wrong. Well in the real world, these things have a negative effect on the people theyre directed towards. We are people who enjoy this line of work as well as RELY on it, like any other job, as a source of income. How would he feel, i wonder, if i decided to put him on "Andy's Blacklist," Im sure his business is as important to him as Toms is to him, or mine is to me. I'd like to see him wonder how he lost customers and had to take up a new line of work because some guy in a bad mood found his name in a crackerjack box and advertised that name as being "A person who does bad business or cant be trusted," Just take a look at the list, it makes about as much sense as the big bang theory. |

Then i later found a post he made under an inquiry for me, and he said "i was gonna do business with themm but their story kept changing so i decided not to." BS!! what story? All i said is here's the animals i have, send me boxes. this guy is a complete moron. he just puts people on his list if they make him mad or post something about him. or he puts people because other people told him to. i personally don't care. he called me inbred and said i like to do my brother (i'm an only child too) on his blacklist once. Would that be slander? |

I never sent you on any email calling you gay or cussing, as so many others have. Why do you continue to lie. I ordered one breedable king snake. That is not what I recived. You told me my snake died in shipping(which at first I didn't belive until I heard your other dead animal sories)but either way you sent me a much younger snake as a replacement with out ever asking me if I wanted it. Then when I told you the younger snake was unacceptable you refused to give me a refund. You said "no refunds on animals that arrive alive". I don't understand, you snet me a diffrent snake then the one I ordered.I have all of the Emails we sent eachother to prove eveything I am saying. All I want is for Mike to agree that I have every reason to have wanted a refund, and to stop spreading rumors about me, And take me off his "black List". So Mike are you ready to prove your side or admitt you made a mistake. I'm calling you out so to speak. Name the people you so rudly quoted about my experiance with reptiles and prove what I'm saying is wrong.Or apologize and quit bad mouthing me. |

I had to give it 3cc ringers every 4 hours and included antibiotics every other day to get him out of it. I was a little late paying him because my son was in the hospital for severe asthma and I was at the hospital most of the time. He was there 3 weeks and I must say I got nothing accomplished but supporting my son in the hospital. I received numerous threats from Mike and I explained to him that I would get my affairs in order as soon as I could get my son home. He black listed me and told several parties not to do business with me and flammed me for loving my son. I paid him as promised and then he told everyone I ripped him off $25. He asked for $25 plus shipping which is what I paid him and then goes and says I owed him $25 more? I don't understand this man! Ive never dealt with Any & Sheri but I've heard nothing but good things about their business dealings and their reptiles. I think that Micheal ought to rethink his blacklist and include Himself!!! If I read this correct he could lose his website and not be able to get that one back for violating their Defamation policy. I advise everyone on his list go to the web address that Ken gave us like I did and file a complaint with them. This way if they have a three strike policy he'll be gone. I'm not usually this vengeful, but as I said someone that doesn't know me and hasn't done any buisiness with me really shouldn't be trying to hurt my buisiness or be blacklisting me. |

The snake I received from him was beautiful, healthy, clean and everything he stated it would be (By the way the little guy is doing great and growing quick, my fiance loves him.) Obviously this guy has an extreme amount of time on his hands. I was very pleased with my purchase before and after the sale, he responded quickly, was knowledgeable and honest. The first transaction I did with Andrew made me a little nervous because usually people in this business that are that open to a sale and that quick to get it done usually are trying to get rid of a herp because of problems they don't want to take care of. This WASN'T the case with Las Vegas Snake Farm. Andrew, I enjoyed doing business with you and look forward to doing more business in the future, don't let this guy annoy you, little does he know, he is now considered a "Black List".
