Hello all. Well, if you don't know what is going on you can read the thread below. I was planning on clearing Bill Counts' name once he compensated me. I guess the inquiry board got back to him on a deal and he got pissed. He said that he would post bad things about me all over the internet because I sent him a "crappy" snow dragon. Here is my dilemma. He got pics of the dragon and offered to compensate me when his dragons were misrepresented. So how did I screw him? Anyway, that is all and I'll keep you updated. Also, I have gotten SEVERAL e-mails about Bill saying that he has been shady in the past. He has even tried to sell animals before he even traded for them. I don't know what his deal is but he might try to ruin my name. Luckily, I keep all of my e-mails and will sue him for slander. He saw pics, wanted to trade, sent me misrepresented animals, and then wanted to compensate me (over three months and still no dragon). And now, he wants to say that I am the bad guy. The thing is Aaron, in order for a person to destroy someone else's good name, effectively, the first person must have a reputable and honest reputation to begin with...Otherwise, no one will take any stock in what he has to say. As, you have found out, good Ol' Bill's reputation is far from golden, so I would not fret about it if I were you. He can't hurt you...you have too much good to back you up. ~If he does try to post nasties about you anywhere besides here, just let me(and everyone else you have dealt with) know... we'll take care of it...no worries! The main thing is, you have helped warn others about this unethical person... and I, for one, am quite grateful! ~Is it just me, or how do some of these people sleep at night? How do they face that "man in the mirror" and not feel any remorse for their words and deeds? But I suppose that is a subject for the "discussion board", huh? As Always, jude |

8623.html Posted At 14:31:45 09/03/2001 Well, Bill did send me another dragons after more than three months. The dragon seems a little skinny and has no color, but I think he will turn out to be OK. It took me two days to get him from the post office because I just moved, so that may be why he is a little skinny.
