This post borders on the line of belonging in the general discussion forum so I apologize. I placed an order for frozen rats and mice on Monday 8/27. The company I purchased from said they would ship Monday or Tuesday. Well I waited until Thursday at 5pm to start worrying so I sent and email and placed a couple of calls. I just received an answer back that the order was on hold because next week is Labor Day and they will ship next Tuesday. The company is a little over 360 miles away and according to my UPS software, even UPS Ground gets here the next day from there. This sounds a little fishy. Did any of you NOT ship this week because of next week's holiday? |

Sorry to waste the bandwidth

I just received a call from the owner of the company in question and the reason for delayed shipment was because they were out of large rats until later this week. Still not what I wanted to hear but I would rather have the truth than an excuse. |
