Is this company bad or what? I placed an order on their site. The order went through no problem. They were very quick to withdraw funds from my paypal account. BUT, they never sent me the order. I have no emailes from them telling me there is a problem so they just screwed me out of money. I have sent them three emails in a row telling them of my dissatisfaction with them and I want my money back. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this company. They take your money but deliver nothing!!!! WORMMAN.COM SUCKS!!!!!!! |

The order went out the next day, Tuesday. Mr. Cook has ordered from us numerous times without issue. We make every effort to ship our orders on time, but the postal service unfortunately cannot always get orders to our customers the way they wish they would. Thank you, Worm Man |

I have not ordered from you in a while do to problems with your company not shipping on time or totaly forgetting to ship. I have been purcahseing from Reptilefoods.com for a while now. I saw your ad on Kingsnake.com and deceide to give your company another try. But as usual you failed again. Also if you do a search on BOI you will see I am not the only person to have a problem with your company. What I stated on the BOI is my opinion of your company. You can stop sending me emails of how you are going to sue me. If you are going to sue me then just do it. Threatning email does not bother me in any way. Last time I checked I live in a free country where I have the right to speak out my opinions. I would hope when other people have a problem with your company you handle it beter then this. Also if you check your records you will see that a year ago you screwed up an order on me and had to give me a credit for an order never shipped!! Another time you gave me a credit for an order arrived late of 1000 super worms because they were dead!!! I thought I would give your company another chance but I see nothing has changed. I guess I will have to stay with a professional company like Reptilefoods.com |

You started out with feeders but now you sell everything. Will you be selling lawn furniture soon? I am looking for a set. It seems you are trying to cash in on every internet opportunity. Try to pick one and be good at it. I usually do not voice myself like this. I had a problem with an individual not long ago and we handled it and I took the advice of many here on the BOI. Look it up. I was commended for my openness and takeing objective criticism well. But when someone emails me and threatens me I take offense. So, for that reason I continue to state my case against you. As far as your law firm goes they may contact me anytime they like. Just make sure you have your facts straight before you threaten me. If your law firm would like my phone number or any other info feel free to have them email me and I will gladly give them my phone number! Your threats of a law suit will not silence me here on this board or at herp shows or with local herpers!!!!! |

I also have a Bearded dragon named sam that I feed with their crickets. Four days is not too long for an order of mealworms, dude. Especially in a holiday week. You are jumping the gun here calling people theives. I did check your other posts and it seems that you have had some other experiences with other suppliers for not sending you stuff you ordered. Is that you way of getting out of paying for stuff? I don't usually but in and I enjoy reading this stuff, but this ones wrong. Rich |

I kept emailing him about the order that never came. I emailed the order because his site was down. First he said I gave him the wrong credit card number, it had been declined. I checked the email and told him he was full of it. The number on the email matched my credit card 100%. I checked with Wells fargo and they said there had been NO attempted charge on the card and there was still $10k of unused credit on it! Worm Boy then accused me of using a stolen credit card! It was the same credit card I had already used with him! It was just one excuse after another and then he got nasty and started cussing me out. He was going to turn me into the cops because he is a "detective" -what a child. I am far from a felon and have plenty of credit cards in my own name. I have never used a stolen credit card but if I did I am sure some crickets sent to MY place of business would be the first purchase I would make! I even gave him the number to the Wells Fargo Fraud Dept, he never used it because he is a liar. The credit card was fine, it was Worm Boy that had the problem. The guys crickets sucked and the customer service was the worst! I lost over 2 weeks waiting for crickets from an order that he never processed! Good biz Ken! Here is a commercial though, I switched to Grooms Cricket farms. Chris Grooms emailed me personally to let me know that he appreciated my business and that my order was on its way. What a nice guy with great feeders! Those crickets lived so long I thought of them as pets! PS- Rose, you want to talk about "nasty" people? Try being accused of using stolen credit cards by "the worm man" ha ha ha Here are some quotes from our hero, Worm Boy; "I am a detective for my full-time job and run into people using fraudulent cards all the time. Either this was a crime, or your account is bad, or you were too stupid to type the number correctly". (I had already emailed him telling him that the numbers were right and the card was fine, that was his responce, or excuse) Another classic was the email that just said, "F*ck off!" (that was one of my favorites) I also asked him for an apology because of his off the wall accusations. He told me he would be in the area in 3 weeks for a reptile show and I could have my apology in person, a threat? Needless to say, worm boy never called me when he was in the area. |

Finally, I got a hold of some lady. I told her I own a pet store in North Jersey, about 20 min from the "farm." I told her that I would like to get 6000 crickets, wax worms and meal worms every week. She told me that she ships out every monday and it takes 3-5 days to get to me. Well, I told her that I do not want to pay shipping costs and wait x days and risk having the insects die in transit. The whole reason for me calling was that I wanted to be able to make sure the insects were alive when I got them. I was tired of having rancid boxes of crickets and cups of half dead wax worms. She told me I wasn't allowed at the farm and that we can't do business. Oh yeah, at no time was she friendly, she had an attitude. This is my experience. P.S. Trust me it is a cut throat business. Ask any cricket farm if you can visit and they will tell you that you cannot. The second reason is that the township will not let us operate as a retail business. We can be a farm, but if customers start stopping in we can get into trouble because we are zoned as a commercial farm and not as a pet store or retail establishment. As for Mr. Cook. His money was refunded and the worms were shipped. This is the second time that Mr. Cook has either said his worm were dead or not received. If he is man enough to post here he will also tell you about the refund and when his worms are received that they were free. Will he do that? Well so far they have not arrived so it looks like Ken is not telling the truth about shipping them. I could have accepted that and that be the end of it. But he threatned me and lied to this board about shipping my order when he didn't. Maybe all of you can take a lie, I can't. I see Ken lie and I call him on it. Let the truth be known to the board. Maybe because there is not one and just maybe he did lie. Think about it. |

I have emailed Ken from wormman.com many times asking for the tracking number and he refuses to answer or even just email a tracking number. I don't know where you get off coming on here and posting a lie! So, everyone knows I emailed rich asking him where he has proof I received this order. I wish he would tell all of us the proof he has. I would like to prove her is another lier!!!!!!! I wish I received the order of superworms. I had to buy them localy at Regal Reptiles and I even pay more for them that way but I needed them. |
