about, 3 months ago I bought 4 baby redtails from jerry, and a 100% het for albino ball, and he sent the 3 redtails, and kept one redtail, and one ball, cause one of the redtails regurged, and the ball had just eaten, which I asked if he kept all of them, and ship at once, I wasn't in a hurry or anything, next thing I know, he sent 3 redtails, which arrived dead, and were within his live arrival guarrantee, so he is replacing them... he said to call him, and we would talk, I talked to his wife, she said she would have him call me, never has... now, no one picks up... he isn't online anymore... anybody no where he is?? I would like to get my snakes soon... jerry, if you see this, maybe, email me for phone number.. any help would be great... thanx again, bye |

You have to try to be as crappy as Jerry Tubbs. What does he do beat the animals to death and then ship them?! I think this guy would do a better taxidermy job than a seller\breeder dont you agree? |

8937.html Posted At 22:07:32 09/09/2001 Allen , I enjoyed your IM , but like I said there is many people that have valid emails and have done actual deals with me (not just heard or read from someone else)that will tell you they will continue to deal with me again.Like you yourself said in the IM something free is not worth arguing about and that's what your friend(brittney and Joey ) have been arguing about.As far as you saying there is alot of bad comments , then all I have to say is put the proof to it and we will go from there . On the other hand you didn't need to say where you seen me running or heading towards that was just plain crazy. I have always been around and sell when I have stuff to sell and have the same repeat customers and new ones almostr every day , so tell me do you really and honestly believe some of those post . Email those complainers and you will see like I HAVE SAID BEFORE the only bad post was from Brittney complaing on free snakes , Jeremy Rennison who talks to me often and is completely filled in on what's going on and who i had to make a deal'right" with one of his customers.(If any one wants to know about it just emails me )Another bad deal was Kim Houser that will tell you shew got her replacement animals ( and actaully another person has that snake with no p[rob;ems whatsoever at all)and Jordan will tell you the deal was closed between us.Now those are the "true" bad deals I've had. Steve , how's that for a response ????lol Jeremy , let's see I could say soooooooooo many things to you , but I won't waste the space here, but Do you remember me having to make a deal right with your customer and catching you in the lies you told while I had him on the other line? It's no big deal now but it shows your character a little. Do you not remember me telling you , that I don't have any baby boas now and it would be a month or 2 ? Jeremy trying to do whatever your doing is not gonna work especially the way your doing it . I can't belieave you would make a new inquiry about me when you've posted on ALOT of my threads.Next time you try calling me leave me your WHOLE damn phone no and maybe you'll get a return call.I'm not gonna waste the time or money trying to call or figure out a # when you can easily say on my answering machine what it is ............Thanks Jerry Tubbs |

Andy, yeah right... that was't a bad deal, I just got a sick snake, with a sore like thing... I couldn't help that... When will people get it through their thick skulls that shipping sick or dying animals is wrong and that trying to buy animals at bargain basement prices will ALMOST ALWAYS result in unhappiness and grief for one party or the other? Is it really worth the discount once they start dying? Or the pain in the neck haggling with a person that obviously didn't give a darn enough to ship healthy, well represented animals? Try a reputable breeder, pay a little more, get a high quality herp, and move on and be happy. It's just that simple! TC |

Anyone who is bad enough to ship a dead snake and claim it was alive is obviously trying to sell an animal that is sick and so you get the money and they dont send the snake back because they have to pay for the shipping so they just leave it be. Think about it, if people buy a 100 dollar snake for 60 bucks then they are obviously cheap and will not pay the 35 bucks for the shipping and you know that. Maybe im wrong who knows maybe its a conspiracy to hate you? |

9025.html Posted At 00:51:25 09/13/2001 Well this spring I was going to have Jerry sell some of my 100% het boa's but when I saw the board here i changed my mind.And I'm working on a deal with a person.and he paid jerry for some albino burm's and he had jerry drop ship the burm he got from Jerry to me.On 9-11-01 very bad day across the U.S.they arrived here at 1pm my wife accept them and called me at work ,I came home took 5 minutes.I opened the box and the albino burm's are sick as hell.two were DOA I thought all were dead but two out of the six.they were the size of the sharpe black marker around skin hanging from there body.I took one to the vet to see why it had died it had RI very bad & possably IDB.they were all dehyrated badly and the vet said it looks like they were not fed good, But I can't say they weren't cuz I don't know how he feeds his reptiles.I have picture's of the burm's right out of the bag and I'm going to scan the paper i got from the vet.I took the burm into the vet because I have a ton of money in my collection.I don't need any Infection in my collection.But I have them on my porch in one of my extra rack's.All the alive burm drank two bowl's of water and ate 3 adult mice like no tomorrow.they are starting too looking like burm's should and wanting to bite.But a couple are still sick i'm just keeping them hot too help with the RI other then that I could care less if they die. But I'm hoping I can ship these back this week,they will look alot better then the way I got them,So when he goes to sell them again they be ok to ship or even sell..Jerry I'm hoping to have them too jerry by saturday,with the dead's and paper from the vet so you can refund the guy his money for your crappy snakes.I have babies bigger then these burm's.I have no idea how he keeps all the reptiles but I have heard from people he buys up a ton of snakes then sell's them.there's nothing wrong with that.But when you do that you risk the chance of get infection and other crap that will spread if you don't keep them all separated from your healthy reptiles.But everyone should be careful when dealing with him.these is the first time I have ever got anything from jerry.For the truth I would never get another thing from him.if anyone would like to see the lovely burm's he sent me e mail for some picture's,I see alot of posting about jerry with dead snakes coming to them or sick I have proof of it.Jesse JJ's Reptiles.INC |

9059.html Posted At 11:33:17 09/14/2001 One other thing Jerry most need money alot too.He charged the guy $1000.00 bucks for 10 albino burm's that are not worth more then $20.00 bucks for all of them and $57.00 dollar's to ship them to me,I looked on the receipt and jerry billed me for the shipping when he got shipping money from the other guy.I called airborne and had that fixed .So jerry your covering shipping. |

9175.html Posted At 17:48:19 09/18/2001 I can't say I would never get anything from jerry cuz we have never done a deal together.I know the snake he sent were just maintain animal's.I'm sorry if I made (jerry bad) or changed the mind's of some people, I can't just go by what people post on here about someone.I hear the same thing about me on other forum's and they are people I have never seen spoke or had connect with.there just going along with what everyone else is saying about the person,But If sometime I have a deal or do something with (jerry) I'm just stay anything bad,because I have never done business with him personally.May be some day I'll do business with him,But everyone should connect the guy and see what you think on your own without going by the post's.Only if you had a true problem with that person.HEll (jerry) is the largest buyer and seller on herpauction.that should tell you something.Plus I was not informed that i was getting maintain animals if I know that i would have been ready for some dead animals.He is just selling what they are. |

I got a ball python that looked like a cat had been chewing on it from him. It had bumps on it. And I got 3 dead ones-2 arrived barely alive, but died within a week. I got to watch one have seizures until it died. It was sad. Thanks again Jerry. Not like he has a conscience (sp?) or anything. He also must not feed the snakes he has. He had one of my red-tailed boas for 3 months and when I got it back it hadn't grown a centimeter and was much thinner than when I sent it. He says he fed it a hopper a week, but that is BS, he didn't feed it all. There's no way. It looked like it hadn't eaten in 3 months. Now he is stunted for life. I try to look on the bright side and say "hey I have a dwarf red-tailed boa" but it would be cooler if it wasn't supposed to be a regular sized boa. I am not worried about Jerry repaying me because I know he is broke and pathetic, but I am worried about all the animals that come into his possession. Greed is a bad thing Jerry. You will learn one day. We need to get the A.S.P.C.A. out to Jerry's place and save the snakes! I am willing to adopt any. He owes me reptiles anyway so we could call it even. I get repayed and save a bunch of reptiles. I hope Jerry gets out of reptiles. Needs to do something like paving...oh, wait....he does. Stick to the paving Jerry. |
