I gave this person my credit card number for 1 male ghost stripe ($100) and 1 female anerythristic stripe (50)+30 shipping on 8/9/2001 via telephone conversation. He stated he would get them out on 8/10 for delivery on 8/11. Needless to say I pretty much wasted the day waiting for a box that never came. So I called him the next day to see what happened and he said he was getting ready for Daytona and was really busy and would it be ok to ship after the show. So that was fine. I called him on 8/30 and he said shipping for delivery on 9/1 was "no problem". So he did it again, no box and now its been like 5 weeks and he doesn't even answer his phone or call me back after I have left like 3 messages. Every time he told me he was definately getting them out that day and to not follow through is just lame. Now I'm wondering if he's going to chatge my card or what. |

8957.html Posted At 17:56:23 09/10/2001 If he does charge your card, you can file a dispute with the credit card company and he'll have to prove he gave you something in return for your money (which it sounds like he hasn't). |

This is very unprofessional and inconsiderate on his part. I can't help comparing this to the order of corns I received from Rich Z. recently. I asked for delivery to be on Thursday (my day off), Rich sent them out on Wednesday, they arrived Thursday morning so early I wasn't even up yet! Now THAT's a delivery as promised! |

8979.html Posted At 12:08:31 09/11/2001 doug is a good guy--i would count on the fact that he would not rip you off--i know he works hard and definately should keep you up to date as to the status of the order, but he has one employee and alot of animals--we have my wife an myself and 5 employees and sometimes have a hard time keeping up--dougs animals are good and you will not have a problem with them--Ben |

I know doug personally and he will not rip you off. DOne many delas wth him and have had nothing but great animals, I am local to him and have seen his animals and they are great and he is a good guy as well. He wont rip you off.....-Mike |
