True good guy in this business....I had 1,000 dollars worth of expensive baby turtles sent to his store since I had no one to recieve them early in the morning so I had my supplier ship them to Neil and I would pick them up (hour drive) during midday. He was great about it and I am very thankful we have people like him in this business. I visited his store as well and ALL of his animals were mite free and XTREMELY well fed. I thought he didnt sell rodents since most herp shops I have visited to pick up or drop off animals smell like rodent urine and feces......he has over 1,000 RODENTS IN THAT STORE!! and I didnt smell a single one....store is clean and nice and smells good! Great guy......by the way if you read this neil I owe you 2.00 plus a lunch. thanks again |

9320.html Posted At 18:54:03 09/22/2001 I have to agree! Neil's store is probably one of the CLEANEST herp stores I've ever been in!! The tanks are SPOTLESS!, there is NO SMELL what-so-ever (and he's got HUNDREDS of rodents and rabbits in the back room!)!! The reptiles and snakes are all FAT and MITE-free!! I am definitely going to be buying some herps from him in the NEAR future! Neil....if you read this, expect to see me SOON!! ....Steve |

Although we've never had a complete transaction, I have corresponded with you via email and I know you are a stand-up guy. We almost had a deal, (lighter than normal Coastal Carpet), but then you realized it had been sold already. I appreciated your ultra-fast notification of the oversight. You made sure I was informed BEFORE I sent any money, unlike the horror stories I read about involving people accepting payments/deposits on animals that were already sold or that they never had in the first place. I understand these things happen but most of the time dealers don't keep up with inventory and getting it straightened out can take forever. You seem to honestly care about your customers and see them as fellow herpers. I appreciate what you've done for the pet trade, and although I never doubted that your place of business was in fact, clean and spotless, it's nice to hear others confirming it.
