We ordered a Emerald Tree Boa from him in Dec. 2000. It got lost in transit for 4 days. When it finely came it was sick. We took it to the vet. Had the ecoly virus. (I cant spell that). She also told us that for as sick as the snake was there is know way that it contacted it in transit to that degree. (Our fault for ordering a wild caught.) Any how when I contacted him Mark Hart. He said it was our fault cause we should of not ordered a Emerald tree that time of year. Refused to refund anything. And never attempted to help in any manor with the fact that it was lost in Airborne express. Any how we ate that one. But the order was also shorted a Frilled Leaf tail Gecko 45.00 We asked him about it he said he would make it up on the next order. The thing is We don't want to order from him again. In March 30 2001 I talked to him again and told him we did not want to order from him again. He said he would refund the money, to send a pay pal request. Guess what I have sent a pay pal request and then a reminder every month since then and still nothing.

I met mark a few years ago ,went to his house with my friend Dale and my girl
anyhow Mark was a very nice and personable individual.
He treated us all well
I Think Mark might have some problems The description above does not match the person I know and met
Keep on trying with Mark I think he will get back in touch
with you
but then this is only your side

You are right maybe things will work out. I hope so. we never had a problem till then. He always seemed like a nice guy. I hope it does work out because we have gotten alot of nice animals off him also. Sometimes shit just happens.

Mr. Apple,
You say you met him, but did you ever get or do business with him. I meet allot of people every day I like but would not do business with. I am not trying to put the guy down I just am tired of waiting for my 45 bucks. Not allot of money, I know but why should I have to buy $500.00 more animals off a man I am not happy with, just to get what I already paid for. Also what dose personal problems have to do with good business?
Oh This is my thread not Arnie's. He gave up on Mark a while ago.

Yes I have dealt with him. everything went well. Actually I might still owe them $450.

I had stuff delivered at the beginning of 2001. I had it delivered C.O.D. I gave a money order (or was it Casheirs Check) to the delivery UPS dude. Well they never got it. They are still dealing with UPS. That is $450 they are out. And all they have done was ask me for the copy of the receipt.

They are always helpful to me. They answer all my questions.
The animals arrived well packed and in an outwardly healthy state.

I would and do continue to do business with them

Well I wrote to Mark on Monday and still no reply.
Pasy pal is still pending. I am still out $45.00 bucks.
