anyone know her, i am trying to contact her, i ordered some stuff a while ago and have yet to recieve it, the order was charged to my credit card last month. i have tried to e-mail about 3 times now with no response, any help would be helpfull. |

Currently we do have 3 of the administrators working on the problem. The data within the var, dev, bin and etc directories was lost. Although we had separate copies of the important files they were also located within that same directory structure. In combination with that, the tape service only has the sites backed up not the directories that we need to restore your email and FTP information. As a result, once the scripts and the email start working again, you will need to recreate your email usernames and aliases.
