Welp, it happened again. I took my MALE pied to the show today and had it probed... FEMALE. I guess things could be worse, she's a great feeder and is over 1,000 g so breeding her later this year shouldn't be a problem. Still puts me in a spot where I have to buy a male het but I guess things could be worse. If there is a bright side I guess i've learned tha value of getting things double checked before or shortly after purchase when I still have some recourse.

at least you know what you have now and it's worth 2 times more than what you thought you had. :D i'd be ecstatic at that weight.
