Heat panel vs. heat cable for incubator

Was wondering what the pros and cons are for using a 35watt heat panel vs. A 50watt heat cable? Trying to make an incubator for my gtp eggs that hopefully come soon! I'm making it out of a small coke fridge that has a working fan installed in a false wall. Also, any ideas where or how to install the heat cable or panel,Wich ever one would be best.
