David Kaddu-Uganda

Has anyone heard of David Kaddu from Uganda? He responded to a post I did about wanting adult pythons. The gentleman claimed to be able to send me various species of hard to come by pythons at very low prices. He offered as many adult blackheaded pythons as I wanted for $700 each! My thoughts are that either he is a swindler or a smuggler, or both. Has anyone else heard from him?

Stay as far as possible from any deals like that.
Adult blackheads for $700 should tell you something right off the bat.
