Heres a better pic of the incubator im using, now u guys can acually see what im working with and give me more advice.

where are the original shelves? They work a lot better than bricks. If that was mine I would put flexwatt on the bottom, put water bottles or a container of water on top of it. Put the shelves back in and attach a computer fan to the middle one to circulate the air.
