I have a question, Do females continue to eat and bowl wrap when building follicles?

Some/most females continue to eat while building follicles, at least mine do.
Bowl wrapping is what most females will do while building follicles.

I agree with Jerry, My females tend to continue to eat (Smaller meals than normal) during the building stage. Although this year would be the opposite for one female, she continues to not eat (4 weeks now) and still wraps and cold seeks. This is her first time breeding though. Planning on giving her a week or two off so she feeds

What exactly happens when the females build follicles? Is this after the female has been breeding with the male and pre ovulation?

I actually was on that website and they say that they don't palpate for follicles because they aren't any good at it. What I do take from the website is that follicles starts to build pre ovulation. What exactly are the follicles though? What happens when they are building?
