Ringer?

We bought this guy at a reptile show as a 100% het pied male. After his 1st shed I noticed this blotch on the side of his neck that looks like he might be a ringer but we're not sure. I wanted to know what you guys thought.

I would call that a slight ringer by the neck. Very common in het pieds.
