Does anyone know where i can get diamond dry substrate? or is this just a canadian product?

It's a Harlan product (7070 Diamond dry cellulose bedding), if you can't find a distributor - contact them. They have a location in Houston.
(I don't know if they do direct sales; but they should be able to point you to distributors of their product)
