I've changed my geckos diet from crickets, mealies and the occasional wax worm to, mainly supers, with a twice a month treat of chasing crickets, and once a month wax worms, females get a pinky once in a while. I've had them on this diet for a few months now. They all seem to gain much more weight with this diet, and they love the supers. Crickets are a pain the :censored: , stink and make lots of noise that drive my hubby nuts. But the geckos seem to like the chase so I buy enough to feed them all in one night twice a month.
I was wondering, if someone has a list of the typical feeders for Leos in order of nutritional value? Roaches, Silkies, Mealies, Supers, etc.
