Is combining female leo's a good idea....?

Not a good idea to put three in a 10gal. It's just big enough for 1 leo.

Yeah, I agree with Felicia that a 10 is really only big enough for one.

You could put your three females in a 20 gallon long tank. A 10 gallon is (borderline) ok for two girls, but 3 need a bigger enclosure.

please also make sure all females are roughly the same size, and watch closely. a 20L would be fine for 3 girls.
