I would really like to know what the "two others" were and why the cornsnake was taken as well.

WAUKESHA - A 44-year-old man will likely be cited by police after county animal handlers and humane society workers removed a poisonous snake, a venomous spider and other dangerous animals from his West Avenue home Friday.

Waukesha Police Capt. Mike Babe said animal handlers removed a Pacific rattlesnake, a 3-foot-long boa constrictor, a 6-foot monitor lizard and two others and a corn snake from the man’s home in the 1800 block of South West Avenue on Friday.

"The tarantula was venomous, too," said James Stadler, a county humane officer. "He had several animals that could cause injury or death."

The spider? I did not know those were not allowed in Wisconsin. If a child can have the flu that can kill an elderly person, would that child then be taken away for being able to kill a person?
