Hello,
My name is John Poe. I am the director of the Michigan Croc Rescue. We are a rescue for crocodilians and venomous snakes. We are in the process of putting together some training seminars for animal control and humane society personnel. We give them baisc one day classes on capture and care of large, agressive, and venomous reptiles. In the past we have used venomous snakes that we have taken in, but do so in a hands off approach where I am the only handler. Insurance reasons and lack of actual hands on training have led us to seek a venomoid cobra fror training. We already have venomoid rattlesnakes and a black mamba. We hope to acquire an ophiophagus hannah for our collection but will entertain larger naja species.
