I am running out of floor space in my reptile room, and since I am getting two new pastel ball pythons (yeah!) on Tuesday, I decided that it is time to build some kind of rack system. I understand pretty much everything about building the racks, etc., but I am confused about the heating. I have heard that there is soemthing that can be used to heat either the back or bottom of the tubs in a rack system, but I don't know what it is called or where to get one. Can anyone help me or give me a good link to help answer my question? Thanks!

Ah, yes, heat tape. That was what I was thinking of! Where do you recommend that I buy heat tape from? There are several websites that sell heat tape, but which is the best for reptile purposes, or is it all the same?

All the same. Just hunt around for the cheapest price. IF you know the sxact length you need you can also have them connect it for you.
