thanks, i want to keep it short and simple. i googled and Yahoo'd it, and found nothing, so i guess i can claim it as my business name? am i supposed to have it trademarked or copyrighted? i don't exactly know. it will be a gecko business and mostly online.

If you want to be serious about it, you need to check the DBN database of your state and US Trademark (http://tess2.uspto.gov/bin/gate.exe?f=tess&state=h26ou2.1.1) office to see if it's in use. A name can be owned and not on the internet.

If you plan on this being a serious business (claiming income, etc), you will need to file a DBN and think about fileing a Trademark on the name.

i doubt i can make a profit on it, when it all comes down to how many Gex i am feeding and how many i would be selling. so it will be a small hobby type business. BTW- i checked the trademark link and it was not found.
