question about breeding

i am looking into breeding ball pythons i have learned alot from info on the internet. i have two questions actually, 1. can anyone direct me to a good website on breeding ball pythons in general? 2. what the heck does "100% hetergozgous for pie bald, albino mean?
i have alot more to learn before venturing into this, but i am eager to learn and i welcome all the information i can get. thank you all!!

100% het just means that the snake carries that specific trait (be it albino, piebald, etc) but does not show it. It is a hidden gene.
