    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Has anyone ordered from them lately? I placed an order Tuesday evening, August 31st, and in the comments stated that I needed the order to arrive no later than Thursday, September 9th and to please contact me if I needed to pay any additional freight charges - although shipping ground from CA to GA should have been sufficient if there was no delay in shipping.

I received my confirmation e-mail and my order status is "confirmed". I have been checking my order status on their website, hoping to get a tracking number, but the status hasn't changed. I've tried calling several times, within the business hours stated on their website and on their voice mail and have never reached a live person. I left one message asking them to please call me regarding my order, but have not received any calls.

Do they usually update your order status on their site when it ships? I just e-mailed them today asking that if it hasn't shipped yet, I need to ensure that it ships 2 day to arrive by Thursday (I had it shipped to my job, and I'm off on Friday to head to a show), and to please contact me, so that I can pay the difference in freight to get it here on time.

Am I just being overly nervous?
 
They were Superenterprise and they have seemed to have had troubles since the change. While I have received all my orders during their change they have messed most up one way or another. I don't use the online ordering since the change and have called in all my orders by phone and I have pretty much received an answer every time I have called.

The screw ups were not being able to ship everything at once (i.e. my last order arrived on 3 separate days) and their lack of communication be it an e-mail with the tracking number or an update telling me only part of the order shipped and when the remainder of my order could be expected and tracking info.
 
I also placed an order on 8/31. It got here (AZ) yesterday and my order status is still "confirmed" on the site. I would guess that your order did ship, but if you have any concerns maybe give them a call, there's a phone number on the site.

Thanks Jeff - I have attempted to call a few times, but have been unsuccessful in reaching a live person. :(

Will keep my fingers crossed that my order arrives next week on time. :)
 
I just placed an order with them a few days ago. They picked up on the first call and I placed my order on the phone. They sent it out the day I ordered it and got a call from UPS the next day wanting to know the details to clear the shipment at the border (I'm in Canada). The only thing they were out of were snake bags but I don't have a problem placing another order when their shipment from overseas comes in.

I was just in Superior on Friday and they are still running. I think most of the problems seem to be website purchases from what I see, and have seen in the past.

Best to call in and speak to someone about the order, imho.
