Just have to point out.. you just got this snake in.. not saying Evan wasn't wrong for misrepresenting her.. that's definately not the same snake but.. I must ask.. what's up with your quarantine procedure? If I just get an animal in.. I check it over.. take pictures of it ALONE and not let it near any of the rest of my collection for well over 2 months at least!
I can understand completely your frustration. Evan did offer a full refund.. he made a mistake.. Everyone does every once in awhile. Perhaps he sent off the one that was meant for you on accident. He can't be here to defend himself and it does sound like there is more to this story.
well if it were that way id agree but he said it in an email i can send to if you'd like that he sold my snake and thought id appreciate this one, those were his exact words, and as for him not being able to defend himself, i said it previously, i DID NOT know he was banned from this site, i just joined. i didnt know. and as for the quarentine, yea my bad whatever i needed a comparison shot, and it was before the mites, i had her check by my vet that day and she had no infections or anything so i put her a few inches from my female a took a shot, i did not know she had mites at the time, the comparison with my pastel and my normal female were taken after she was treated for the mites, and yea it was my bad for that, i can agree to that and know i was in the wrong and not thinking. and if you think there is more to the story than why dont you ask me? you want to see the emails where he said he sold my snake and thought id appreciate this one? i posted the pic of the one i was promised and its obvious this one isnt that one, but whatever that doesnt matter now that i found the mites and saw how tiny she was, all i cared about was getting rid of the few mites she had and getting a meal in her belly to assure she'd be okay. and im not trying to sound b!tchy but you can think what you want about my so-called story, but its the truth, why in the world would i lie? thats ridiculous. i said it before and ill say it again, i wanted people to know how bad my expirience with evan turned out even thought it was fine in the beginning. and how when i tried to buy the new 0.1 bee he had just got in about two weeks before i sent my final payment he said she was sold, but after i referred my cousin alyssa to him he told her he had that bee and she could have that bee and a spider for $660 shipped. that was unnecessary. all he had to do was tell me no, or something. not lie. i mean idont care if people think im lieing because again thats ridiculous i have no reason to lie about this, i posted some emails evan sent while fighting with the other person who paid with me danny, if you want to see all ask, i have nothing to hide, i never fought with evan myself, after i received the bee i sent him 1 email and that was that, and then everything started between danny and evan with was un-called for as well it should have just been left where it was and that should have been that, but obviously it wasnt. there was no need for him to reply to evan and argue that way, but it happened. theres nothing i can do about that, i havent spoke to evan since the last email i sent after i received her. and as again for quarentine people have different time lengths and different measures taken, and as i said i had her check that morning after the fight between dan & evan and i had my breeder look at her too, i took the pics of her next to my female after, but that was before we spotted the mites. i should have went about it very differently and there is no excuse for that, and as for the bill comparrison, i kept them seperated due to the mites, i already knew she was disease free, im waiting for a few more results that had to be sent out but he cleared her of anything that could be transfered by air, parasite wise though im waiting on the results. but again i should have gone about things differently and i cant take that back. but as far as all of this goes, evan should have asked me before sending a different snake and there is no excuses for that, and as for things missing from my story? in ALL of my posts i never lied, unless i misinterpreted my words by mistake, i am dyslexic, so plz let me know if i did. but for the lies, give me one good reason why i would lie about all of this? because to me that seems ridiculous, and that is not directed at solely you Catherine, to anyone, not just the people speaking in this thread. i apologize to everyone, coming in here guns ablaze, but you have to understand i was beyond mad that she was so small and not what evan had promised, especially when i found the mites! and i completely understand i should have calmed down a bit before i posted my original post, i understand that. but as far as all of this, as long as she is okay and thrives, ill be the happiest person, especially for her sake, because she is adorable and a major sweetheart, this whole deal was just a deal gone wrong, it happens everyday and i should not have bought off of him, or maybe did more precise research, idk, its my bad.
