In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Reptidoc Dr. Darryl G. Walker

I can't see how ANYBODY could sell animals to a person who admits to not giving a crap about their health. I for one, would NEVER sell any animal to the OP.

I take it that you haven't read the whole thread like has been suggested SEVERAL times by other people. Once you do that, you'll see what I mean.

if you are going to post a comment, that you say the OP posted that he admits to not giving a crap about their health. Then show the post. Not saying your wrong, but I like to see that post please. Back up what you posted. Just asking is this just your opinion that his comments in this thread led you to this conclusion or is this his own words. If this is his words please show it.

I don't have to back up anything.....just because you're too lazy to read the thread, I'm not going to go back & dig through it for you. He, by his own admission has proved that he is a negligent caretaker. Again, read the thread.

The best thing would of been to take him to the vet. But really in my eyes a vet is for a animal you have a attachment to. I had no attachment to him. He could not stay health enough to grow a attachment for. If I can not self treat or medicate a doctor visit is not worth it. Besides I bought him from a Doctor!!!

.

This quote says it all, imo:(

Back up what you say if your going to try to make a point! If not then you have made no point

Thank you . I'm sorry but I'm not attache to most of my animals either . Most are just here in transit . I breed them and save what I want and if it does not met my standers out the door it goes ( for sale). I'm really like some of my fish but when I get a better looking one I forget that one and the new fish gets my heart. Attached to a snake . Please When the last time you let your snake go and it comes back to you . Sorry I can see a mammal that can show feelings back to you. Lizards I can see that too. Most lizards can show some type of bonding towards their owner. I like my snakes Very much, some I really like but attached no. When it comes down if the is a better looking animal it is replaced. the same goes for my fish. Vet Yea unless it it a high end animal it goes to the vet . Home treatment first. Yes, I know how to medicate reptiles. If it is not something speical It get donated to the vet. I'm not spending that much money out of something I can just reproduce again.

I'm attached to my snake... I cried for an hour straight when I lost one. Just because you don't get attached to them doesn't mean everyone else is exactly the same way. I personally think it's a little self-centered to only want to care for creatures who will dote on you and wet themselves just because you came home.

Furthermore, if you only like animals until a prettier version comes along, maybe living creatures is the wrong hobby for you to be in. What do you think happens once they're "out the door"? Do they just stop being living creatures who need food and water and shelter and safety, that get ill and cold and hurt?

And yet another negligent indifferent choad outs themselves. Thanks for adding another to to my list of "don't do business with."

I'm not reading 44 pages of crap!!!!

Then why the HELL are you adding YOUR crap to it? That has got to be one of the most ridiculous, hypocritical comments I've seen in a very long time.

But thank you for coming on and revealing how you feel about all of this that MOST of us are so passionate about. I'll be very happy to never do business with you, either.

It would be nice for the OP to lay everything out in one post. I'm not Doc is a bad guy or is Josh. The fact is he got a dead snake in a shipment. The facts that are needed to be known. The most important fact here and I mean the most important is" Was josh's collection suffering from any health problems before the shipment of Doc's snakes ". If not then There is more than meets the eye here. If there was a problem then we can say Josh's collection was already having problems and may not be any of doc's fault. Before anything this need to be established . Now I like to know how many years Josh has been keeping snakes .

Then with all do respect... GTFO, dude. You can't possibly make an informed decision in this thread without having read it. It's arrogant, foolish, and ignorant to think you could. :NoNo:

And yes, I'll be adding another to my "Do not do business with" list as well.

EVERY...SINGLE....ONE....of these "questions" is addressed already in this thread. If you want the answers, then READ THEM. If you don't want to read them, THEN DON'T. Why should ANYONE want to spoon-feed you like a baby in a high-chair?
