Alex, Robert called me a dozen times the other day..he worked to stay off the PC! On the other hand, I WORK on a PC most of my dayso I use it to communicate with. Listen, I raise 2 kids, work my tail off, do not have any debts, an 800 credit rating, and this guy is complaining because i ask for my money back?! Really?! LOL?! How mahy times has any one of us bought something or received bad service, to the point that you toss your hands in the air and say "ENOUGH!".......that's where we are, "ENOUGH"! He told us multiple dates he'd ship, he did NOT ship! We took off work to be home, and he DID NOT SHIP, MULTIPLE TIMES! Why in the world would we make this up?! We love and collect snakes, we don't just talk about it, we do it. I have another seller waiting in the wings, ready to ship, someone we have done business with before and will do so again........but Mr. PcPhee lied, plain and simple. He can say what he wants, but he is lying. Dude, one of the days my daughters even took off school to be home because they were excited.........and I'm going to make this up? LOL! We're a mature family, OK, not punk kids trying to buy their first reptile. Also, of the 100+ snakes we've bought in approx the past 90-120 days, how come nobody else has complained?????????? I openly agreed that beyond Liar-McPhee, we did in fact have a small problem with the dates/time span with a "Becky", but she was SO freak'n cool it wasn't funny! SWhe said, "No problem, money refunded", and our dealing was done. She was a Pro, and she obviosly knows that sometimes things happen...........however, McPhee has created lies........and he KNOWS he has! Sadly!

I don't know how this addresses either of the things I posted. Either make screenshots of the emails and post them here, or don't and let everyone think you simply don't have the emails to "prove" that Robert is lying and doctored his.

I can say this, my other shipper, they check the weather reports and get back to me. It is BASIC shipping.....we're not flying to the moon. And in Liar-McPhees words, "I'd much rather do a COLD ship than a warm one"...say WHAT?! I could understand a "cool" ship instead of a "hot" one, but not a "cold" ship! Bottom lines folks, he is lying, because he is pissed that HE screwed up and lost a sale, and now he is attacking me AFTER he called me and asked me to NOT go on-line and say anything about all of this!!!!!!!!!! That's what stings. He called my home and asked me to not go on-line and post anything.....I called him back and ensured him I would do no such thing........and he turns around and does precisely what he asked me to NOT do!!!!!! Whatever Lair-McPhee........say what you want, lie as much as you want....you KNOW you are wrong, you KNOW you are lying! And not only that, why can't he just GROW UP and refund my money instead of trying to hurt my name and reputation. Listne folks, I'm buying snakes from sellers regardless of this boys rants......if you ahve nice snakes you are selling, by all means, email me........I'm buying.
And if you guys want a person that keeps his word, ships FAST, delivers quality retiles, try Ben Seigel.......the man is as solid a business man as you'd meet! His reptiles are nice, his service is second to none. Here, perfect example.......McPhee gets my money and has it in-hand for over a month and ships ZERO snakes........but every time we've bought from Ben Seigel, if I pay on a Monday morning, our snakes are IN THE AIR THE SAME DAY!!!!
Now we've been dealing with a family crisis over the past month, and dealing with this childish Liar-McPhee, trying to get our money back....but as soon as Paypal refunds us, we are RETURNING TO BEN SEIGEL REPTILES FOR HIS VERY MISSED SUPERIOR SERVICE AND ATTENTION TO DETAILS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OK Folks, alls we have is peace in our house........this Fool-McPhee started running his mouth, and has done nothiong but lies since he started al of his nonsense! Childish!

Again, it's winter. Did you receive a tracking number the night before taking off work? If not, why did you stay home? If missing two days of work is really so critical to you right now, why have you been dumping $3000-$5000 on new mouths to feed for the past few months? Robert is not a perfect seller... frankly, if it had been me you pulled your "dream buyer" temper tantrum with, I would have ceased communication right there and avoided this whole ordeal... but something is awfully fishy on your end, too.

Understandable that he's out the snakes and the money but Robert did say that he is still willing to ship the snakes however now the buyer "Won't Accept" the package if it is delivered! That being said..

Robert agreed that he would Pay Nick back as he sold the animals in question to others on here. He's shown proof, conducted himself in a professional manner and is trying to make things right. He has also admitted to his mistake of spending the money before sending the shipment.

Nick is throwing temper tantrums, repeating over and over again that he "has proof that those E-mails were doctored" that he won't post and posts a retalitory thread instead of just posting in this one.

The judgement is in the eye of the beholder and the way you conduct yourself through the public's eyes shows much more about your character and the way you run your business/hobby. Ranting and raving isn't going to get you the results you desire.. You'd be better off calmly explaining the issues and posting the proof that you supposedly have.

Mr. Giavasis sent the first payment on October 12th....and the final payment on October 17th. The agreement was payment in full, not payments.

Oh he should get his money back indeed. But in my opinion, he's bashing someone now for being reasonable about shipping in cold weather, after he himself delayed payment, was condescending and rude, changed the order mulitple times, delayed the shipping HIMSELF more than once, and is lying now about how the deal went, saying that he paid right away and only the seller delayed anything.

So yeah, he's due the money back and the seller said he's basically gonna pay him back, just not right away. I'm perfectly happy hearing what a complete jerk he's being so everyone knows NOT to deal with him because he'll screw you over and break the contract he entered into as soon as the whim hits him.

Also.. he's never addressed his outright lie about his other deal where he claimed his albino ball was "het for pastel", nor acknowledged that he himself delayed the deal and the shipping multiple times.

So yep, he's due his money back, as much as that should irk anyone who's dealt with a non-buyer like him who's so arrogant and condescending, he should get it back.

I wanted to clarify that I did not schedule several ship dates.....
If you look at the emails that occurred after October 17th (after final payment) there were only 2 times I talked about shipping. Mr. Giavasis never confirmed the last ship date with a phone call as he claimed he woulld do.

He does act like a child. But, he's old enough to have a paypal account. Just for the record, I think he is lying about buying 100 snakes off of Fauna. I can't imagine anyone buying that many snakes without a good guy/bad guy feedback from someone.

There do seem to be a whole subset of people who come to Fauna just to screw with good people's heads. Maybe he is on other sites claiming he is pg with twins

I believe it was YOU that asked the seller to feed the snakes..... and boa's dont have the metabolism of a kingsnake...so it takes them longer to digest their food. I'd say YOU had a hand in the shipping snaffu as well. You wanted them fed and the seller was thinking about the well being of the animals.

Agreed 100%. This guy just wants to put himself off as a "big shot" in the snake world when it's quite obvious he's doing nothing but adding himself to MANY "don't deal with" lists.

Sad though since he's somewhat local. It's always nice to gain GOOD local buyers/sellers/traders. Not the case here I guess.

My my you contradict yourself A LOT in my eyes. Fist you brag about an 800 credit score, that you've bought 100+ snakes in the last 90-120 days but then complaining at how taking time off work is a major hardship for you. Maybe you shouldn't be blowing so much money on snakes then??????
