I missed this somehow.

What a bunch of garbage. Chris was not only emailing you the whole time, but was sending you text messages, and calling you, leaving you voice mails. Even if you did change phones, the service provider was still the same, and still under the same contract. In that case your voice mail box never changed, and those voice mails would have still been there. So you chose to ignore those voice mails. Not only that, but Chris was still calling you, even after you had the cheap phone. I wonder if the caller ID on the phone showing you that it was Chris calling had anything to do with you not answering the phone.

If he has a so called retail store, then he should have a phone there, and any retail store that has no phone, is making an extremely poor business decision. I sell to pet stores, and there are people constantly calling them to see if they have certain items. His parents live just a few minutes away, and I would bet they have a land line. I would be willing to bet that they have internet as well. There is no excuse for him not checking his voice mails, regardless.

LoL Brian.... You check your voicemails daily when you can look for the icon the simply shows that you have a message? Also, just because my home is only 5 miles down the road, did you miss the statement where I am sure that I was quoted as saying that I was not in my home and in a motel instead? I am sure that this is just an oversight on your part just as I also stated that I did in fact check for voicemails on occasion. Could it have been possible that Chris left me a voicemail, absolutely but I have never heard Chris's voice, not once.

Do you honestly want for me start posting how I really feel about a lot of this now? I am trying to be level headed, calm and collective here but you just keep egging me on.

I think it's safe to say that 99% of us check our voicemails when our phone says we have a voicemail. Do you honestly expect me and everyone else to believe that you call in every single day whether your phone say's you have a voicemail or not

I called twice on 1-14(no answer) and Dean texted me back so I then switched to texting as the method of contact. All the messages I left Dean were text messages not voicemails. In case anyone missed it, Dean did send me a payment this week. If it's the first of many, I'd have no problem saying maybe Dean isn't such a bad guy after all. I really don't care that it's going to take longer to pay it off than we agreed to, I really don't, as long as it gets paid. Especially if his situation is half as bad as he says it is. If it's the only 1 that ever comes, well that would be a different story. I'm still in the "wait and see" category. Once we hit the half way point, I'll switch to optimistic. Brian, I am pretty sure that there was no voicemail left by Chris when I had my phone. You might want to make absolutely sure and check with him regarding that as I did have access to my voicemail at all times. As for having my phone or phone number, Reagan had my sim card and I had no way of making or receiving phone calls at those times. But yes, I had complete access to my voicemail and there was never a message from Chris.

Chris, I appreciate that you came in to state that you did not leave a voicemail. I was pretty positive that you didn't at least I didn't hear one.

I, like Chris, would also like to see the fighting cease. Kevin, I appreciate you tremendously but fighting with Brian really isnt your fight so don't make it yours. This thread is about a transaction between Chris and I, to which I take 100% responsibility.

Chris, I don't blame you for being skeptical whatsoever. I let you down with this deal and I don't blame you for posting this in the BOI either. If the shoe were on the other foot and me not knowing what was going on, I would have looked for advice and done the same thing.

When I said 90 days, my life was in a different situation and that's what I based my spending on. The only reason that I even bothered with explaining my personal details to you were not for excuses but just to let you know what was going on in my life at the moment. Again, I truly apologize to you and this was not my intent. I will say with almost certainty that you believe this much if nothing at all about me.

As for you Brian, what I don't get here and why I stopped posting on fauna a long time ago is that you personally can make your vague accusations about me, call me a liar, even act as agent for Chris when posting 3rd party quotes, which weren't even true by the way, has been acceptable. I told you a long time ago to post your proof that I was involved with the wise thread. I even asked you to post it here and black out anything that did not pertain to me, which you won't and never will. To me, that might be acceptable on fauna but it's just not feasibly acceptable to me. At that time, I pretty much stopped posting in the BOI and many of the other threads in this forum.

I was an active participant in many of the threads here as well as the BOI. I am honestly only here because this one happens to be about me and I take 100% responsibility for that. Chris is and always will be a good guy in my book and for those reasons and for the people who actually have supported me from day one, way before this thread even started, is why I am even here and they will look like the smart ones when all is said and done.

I dont consider many a friend, hell I don't consider many anything at all. But for those who have faith in me not ever having met me, I won't make them look bad for having my back.

Dean, here are the screen shots of the chat names that I said I would post. I think they are in order. I left the time, and date in the bottom right hand corner of each one so you can see what time each one was taken. I don't remember when it left the lobby, and went into a room Deb created. but as you can see there were people coming and going the whole time.

Did you ever stop to think that if you had come into the chat, that Christina would have left? You were told by another member that it was going on, and you chose not to show. I can tell you right now, I would have surely invited you in. Had I known you were on line at the time, I would have told you. In fact, I gave out the password for the chat room to several members myself. It could have ended right then and there. Instead this whole chat thing still gets its way around.

I will never show the conversation to anyone. I have had a lot of people ask for it, and I have denied everyone. The reason I won't post the conversation is not out of disrespect for you, but out of respect for those who have asked me not to ever show it. I forgot that I even had it. I deleted it from my computer a long time ago, and found it on a thumb drive that I had out it on for a back up, and I forgot it was even there until a few weeks ago, when I checked the content of the thumb drive.

As for my mistakes, I am glad that I have been shown to be wrong. It brings out the truth one way or another, and I am all for it. If people feel they need to critisize me, I don't have a problem with that. I stated before that I didn't care how this thread makes me look. It will have absolutely no impact of any kind on my life, whether it's positive or negative. I'm not going anywhere, and I will continue to use this site like I always have.

It seems to me that located somewhere there should be an envelope with the op name, bad address and a valid postmark. That envelope would at least prove an attempt was made to pay and that an error in the address actually took place. I would have kept such an item to prove to the op my error in addressing the envelope.

If I find it, I will photo it with my phone and you are right it does make sense. The only problem that I have with this request, not an excuse, is that I just moved back into my house last week after being gone since December 22. The house is a total wreck and I am not sure where anything is.
