    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

    Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

    Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

12 Days late but who cares, I am happy!!

These are the first eggs ever for us and I am HAPPY!! :?party: I had given up on her as she was 12 days late and I really thought she was not going to produce. She should have laid these by April 5th, I did not check her Saturday and it was late today Sunday before I found them. They are a bit dehydrated and I now have them in the incubator setting at 89 and 70% humidity the veins look fantastic in them, there is one with a small window and that one is really veined up! Can you tell I am stoked!! OH this is a 100% Het to 66% Het Pied paring.

Congrats but when you're expecting eggs don't give up on checking daily for eggs. Also raise the humidity to 100%.

Hope you prove out the pair and hatch some Pieds!

:thumbsup:

That's sweet congrats!! Man I hope my girlies don't do that to me but with how things are going.... Prolly!!! Lol!!! :rofl:

I look forward to seeing some pied babies :)

Thanks everyone for the well wishes. I have or rather am in the process of raising the humidity higher. The eggs tubs have much more humidity than the inside of the incubator. So I have added a tub of water to the inside.
If the rest of our season is good it looks like there will be a total of 3 het to het pieds going, two het to het albinos and one normal to a very high yellow pastel laying over the next three weeks. This waiting is killer!! And now I have to wait some more while they cook!

Sounds like you've got a few pairings to make your first successful breeding season a REAL success!! Congrats on the clutch, and best of luck proving out your ph pied!! Good luck with all the rest, too!!
