    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I have had an 06 male 50% poss het caramel albino and an 07 female 66% het caramel albino since they were hatchlings. They were basically pets for my two boys. This year we decided to breed them and see what happened. Well instead of normals like I expected, we got two caramels! They had 7 eggs. I don't know what the odds were with a 50% poss het and a 66% poss het. but they had to be pretty high. Now I have all kinds of future plans with the caramel gene. Both are females (no kinks). I was hoping to get a male, but under the circumstances I shouldn't be greedy.lol Just wanted to post a few pics. They all decided to leave the eggs today. Thanks for looking.

Sweet!! Not only did you win out on the odds, but you got 2 unkinked caramels to boot. Next time I see you I might have to rub up against you and hope some of your luck wears off on me.....:rofl:
 
Thanks everyone! I am still smiling. Caramels have been one of my favorites forever, just never wanted to shell out the cash for one. Hey Matt, for $150 I can drive across the river and bless the eggs. :) If you rub against me at the show, I might have to call the cops.lol Thanks again everyone.

I have a one egg clutch (+5 slugs) from a bee to a pastel so it just might be worth it to hit the 1/8 odds on a single egg. :yesnod:

You mean if I rub up against you for a while I won't get lucky....?? :rofl:
 
congrats... that is some good luck !!! not many people have a proven a 50% & 66% hets together... usually there is a definite het or a visual at one end to prove the other out...
good luck & the lighter caramel looks hott !!!
