    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Matt Miller of Matt Miller Reptiles. Lying about snakes that are his own.

I can put this thread to rest right now.... Paul, you have completely blown a VERY simple misunderstanding completely out of proportion. Had you contacted Matt Martin and Matt Miller you would have realized this and this undeserved thread would not be existing. I just spoke to Matt Martin in dept about the situation, and he is just waiting to hear back from Matt Miller before he responds and puts this thing to rest. Just be patient, I promise you will get closure, and will end up apologizing to Matt Miller.
 
Is it possible he just didn't take the picture down after the snake was out of his posession?

I'm really not seeing the big deal. It's his picture. I would understand if he stole a picture of your snake and claimed it was his picture and his snake. I really don't get what you're trying to do.

See, if it's a misunderstanding say so. Don't sit here and say that the snake is a female and at Matt Martins. You know what. Had I taken a pic you posted and said it was mine and it was not, ohhhhhh Wow. I would had been tarred and feathered.

Had I not pointed this out it would had gone unnoticed. I'm sorry. It's a principle thing. Matt Miller did not reply when I posted on the Facebook thread. Yet was on Facebook the next day. Why would I ever apologize to somebody who doesn't want to clear things up then? Again don't sit here and tell everybody the snake I posted pics of, is not the snake, once somebody calls you out. Saying it's a simple mistake is a cop out and it never would had been fixed unless this thread was made. I tried to get fixed before hand. I may have been colorful with my words but time and time again you see people stealing pics and proclaiming them as their own.

You don't own the pic or the snake and it's not trying to be sold as such, so what was your point in this post?/
 
To me, it seems Martin used a previous pic of Shane's, Paul's and now Amanda's purple tiger, for the snake he sold to Miller. It's entirely possible he used an old pic, and would explain the gender change, the younger snake, and Miller thinking it was his.

Millers hostility is suspect, however. As Paul has been professional threwout. Why the need for personal attacks Miller? If your reputation isnt as important as "sitting on the computer all day" then why post at all?

Please stop taking it that way. It's about a snake and claiming it as your snake. Now you and I both know if I did that to you. Took your lavender motley and started to push it off as my own. Perfect reply here. If this was the case fine say so. I gave Matt a Chance on face book. He ignored me. I came here and got a response. I did not personally attack him or anybody else. I just want an answer as to why Matt Miller is saying a snake is his while it was mine? That's it.
 
I think it is a classic case of getting pics mixed up. I produced this clutch and numerous animals were that dark. Most of some of the earlier pics I took. These animals were for sale. These were for sale and pics sent to numerous people when I had these up for sale. I have then sold and bought back a female to Matt Miller a dear friend of mine and the animal he is thinking of is hear at my house and maybe he mixed up pics or maybe I sent pics to Matt Miller that got mixed up here of her as a baby and then sent to him as a reference for how dark she started when i sold him the darker female (the female that Matt is talking about). Either side of the fence I own the rights to those original pictures anyway. There is nothing here other than classic case of pics getting mixed up. There is no fraud, theft or anything.

There is no bad guy here. Matt Miller is stand up and great guy and Shane is great guy both of which got one or more animals for this clutch. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with either one and we all talk shop regularly.

Pics get messed up, things get lost and the thing is there is no animal trying to be sold or traded or anything and so obviously a simple mistake somewhere and nothing wrong, immoral or illegal going on with this. Time for everyone to take a step back, have a beer and spend some of that energy with their family and or friends. Life's short

I have to agree with this wholeheartedly. Seem to me that this is all a case of much ado about nothing. If the worst part of your day today is a case of mistaken snake-identity, then you're a blessed soul indeed. Enjoy your blessings. ;)

I think Matt Martin is correct on the situation, and was blown up more then it should have been. I have delt with Matt Miller for quit along time now, and doing something as petty as stealing a photo is way below him. Matt is a stand up guy, and everyone that has delt with him is always pleased. This thread needs to be locked! As for Crypt Keeper, you just made yourself out to be childish and don't be suprised if people don't deal with you now because of this act of "anger" over ownership rights. That of which, you don't of those exact photo's! Matt Miller, keep on chuggin man people that REALLY know you will not be deturred by this! As for Matt Martin, i've never delt directly with him, but have spoken with him a few times on occassion and seems like a stand up guy aswell... Lock this thread before it gets blown up anymore then it already has!!

well said, and thank you again Matt. I came just to state the facts I had, and i would still have that male but I fealt an Anthrax was a better male to have. I talk with you quite often and have yet to really meet Matt Miller, I think this thread is null at this point. Wrong pic or pic mix up, just no real problem in my eyes.
