    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

I ordered 1000 superworms on December 23rd, never got an email update as to when they were shipping, after a week went by and not recieving my worms or an email to inform me of whats going on I started to email, then I got 1 reponse. It said im not sure what happened to your worms, let me check. Well that was 3 days ago...still no response. As of yesterday I began calling... left a message to call me back...called again today...same recording! I filed a paypal claim, I need these worms. My beardie hasnt eaten in a few days as hes not eating the dubia I have & alls he was on were superworms... PLEASE SEND ME MY SUPERWORMS! Im not sure where to post this so I posted here. This will be edited pr updated as needed!
 
I placed an order on December 20th and my story is identical to yours. They have yet to respond once to my emails or phone calls. I also had to go ahead and file a claim for a refund.
 
Wow... looks like we have picked the wrong time to order from someone. Ill try and find another worm breeder asap... my beardie needs fod...im out of cash tho... I spent $10 on Supers waiting on these and they never showed.... blah!
 
Well if he is checking but ignoring your emails, curiosity will cause him to click the link and see what he's doing to his rep. What's his email?
 
i also placed an order with souther bait worms and never got an email, never got the package. i emailed and called and got no responses, pm'd on here and got no response. finally decided to file a paypal dispute and got my refund. never ordering from them again
 
I am hoping that there is a good explanation but I won't hold my breath. Give it a couple days before you string them up.
 
They had almost 3 weeks to either send the package or refund money and no action was taken. And there us no excuse for a business lacking communication and customer service. I hope you all get your refunds.
 
I had a family emergency. I apologize for not GETTING BACK TO EVERYONE. I'll issue everybody a refund. Just as soon as I can I'll be removing my buy now buttons and will not be shipping any worms until I can get this problem resolved. I want every customer to 100% satisfied and depend on repeat sales. Once I'am able to resume business any customer that had a problem during this time I'll fill their next order FOR FREE.

I've ordered from them before too and liked them plus they have great pricing. I just was trying to figure out why there was no responses but I'm glad David explained! Also,
