    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I've been around the block enough to even know I'd catch flack for what I said and get neg points as if it will have any bearing on anything lol. I just found it easy to cross reference post and get to the bottom of it. When people have strong accusations then a smart finds out who the accuser is first and from that can determine just how credible they themselves are. Doing that you quickly find out that Tina (Miller) Noll was of course of TimTina Miller reptile sales also known as Midragons.com

From that you simply look at the change of her name from Miller to Noll, the Half off Sales of dragons and its at least obvious to me that this was a domestic dispute. Tim left with the daughter and the dragons and Tina has the house.

Beth you know a I wuv you too haha but I guess I'm like a Columbo/Matlock/Monk cross lol. As I read it It clicked, I even posted the same findings on the FB page earlier. Then reading into it I guess just clicked. But she didn't say they were using their name, she said specifically it was Tim and Amanda Miller which automatically clicked as her Husband (ex now) and daughter mentioned numerous times in her post on here and FB dealings. (Not to mention her name)

Glad its all over now. I've always been the guy to try to solve the movie within the first 15minutes, its a habit.

Well I'm usually a pretty smart cookie but I didn't see it. ;) I guess it's because I would never post my dirty laundry on the BOI ;D I just thought she was saying they were trying to sell the "stolen" dragons under their names.

Well if I was a mod on here - I would delete this waste of time ;)

If/when this gets sorted out and someone is clearly made out to be the Bad Guy, this 'waste of time' will be a very useful tool for anyone considering business with that person. That's part of the beauty of the BOI..it's here for all to see for as long as the website is kept running.
 
This has nothing to do with business! This is their personal problem and shouldn't have been posted here. There is nothing to sort out. No transaction was involved - I for one do not want to be involved in this domestic dispute.

I think that's the point. If a seller would air their dirty laundry here, do you really want to do biz with them? Not me.
There have been a few grand domestic fights on here (come to think of it, they all were dragon owners). That sort of thing sticks in the mind and makes one want to do business elsewhere.

I suggest you go back and actually read the thread. 'Nothing to do with business'? Certainly seems like some of the contested dragons may have been sold, and there are varying accounts of who exactly has the animals in questions. Looks to me that if some of the animals were already bought and paid for, and neither party is claiming to have them in their possession, some customers stand to not get what they paid for. Looks like a business-related scenario which falls firmly within BOI jurisidiction.

This should be a lesson to all, never have a reptile business with someone your intimate with because when it inevitability ends things get messy.
 
Greathouse I agree that their personal dispute needs to be resolved outside of this website and out of this thread. I personally do not care what separated them, but the question that I do care about is "WHO is the rightful owner of the dragons?" "WHO do we contact in the future to purchase a dragon from these breeders?" "WHO is responsible for making sure all orders have been taken care of since this seems to be a termination of a business?". As stated in the title of this thread "STOLEN DRAGONS!!(tim and amanda miller)" was posted and started by Tina Noll, so when you say this has nothing to do with business Im very sorry to inform you but it does. Does it have to go into their personal problems...NO, but as already stated by me and a mod. this thread is here to stay. Tina now has accused Tim or Amanda Miller of theft here on this website and could have harmed any potential business for either of them in the future and it needs to be cleared up ASAP.

Dan, Maybe it's just me but making claims like she did could have snow balled and caused 2 people a heck of a lot of grief and to me she should not have a right to do that on this forum. Myself I have no use for this kind of thing. I think if you purposely try and damage an innocent persons reputation you should pay a high cost. I did say if it's true though. The op has not responded back yet.
 
After such thread i would like to stick my head into the ground and beat myself repeatedly. From beginning post which mislead me into a few more unrelenting and nothing to do with anything posts from op, I believe my brain just went sour. Wow.

No doubt. IF this thread was started and based on malice and outright lies, it's a despicable thing to do. Still don't think there's anywhere near enough information to decide if that's the case, though. However, since threads aren't removed for any reason other than rule violations, and Admin/Moderation staff don't play judge and jury when it comes to determining whether a statement is true or not, the thread's here to stay.

Since the potential for undeserved damage is already present, all we can do is try to get to the bottom of this so that anyone who puts forth the effort to actually read and understand the whole thread can come out of it with an informed opinion of who's right and who's wrong. Removing threads, such as this one, would do nothing more than remove the possibility that someone's gonna pass judgement based on nothing more than reading the thread's title. Personally, that's not a group of people that I'd care enough about to want to plan things around.
 
I agree Dan, this thread sounds very childish to me. I get the point that it may affect future business/dealings with these lizards but the fact remains that this is a domestic and very personal dispute and until it is somehow "damage controlled" we really cannot pass judgement on either party.
I do however think that the OP should've handled this differently...
 
My dad does not wish to comment on this situation, but I would like to. My dad started his dragons with his own money, invested all his time, and worked very hard to take care off his dragons. Those dragons are rightfully my dad's (Tim Miller) and all the chams belong to her (Tina). She had no right to claim my dad's dragons and bash his name on here. Any dragon that she had claimed to have sold were left behind for her to ship, we do not have them. My dad wanted to move out and move on without problems. Just because you date someone for a period of time and the relationship doesn't work out does not entitle them to something that doesn't belong to them. He did not take anything that did not belong to him and we have no reason to lie.

That's fine. Your name is in the title and the first post and she associated you with stolen property as well. Under the circumstances.

For those that think this thread should be deleted you should read up on the rules here. You have to be responsible for the words you type. Hence, the full name rule. If this is a simple "domestic dispute" and a sour breakup and the thread isn't accurate that the animals were stolen then Tina should be held accountable for what she typed.

If the animals were actually Tina's and he left with her animals then we censored someone who believes their animals were stolen if we deleted the thread. We don't make that determination as a site. Each individual needs to read the thread and come to their own determination. The website will not.

As a site, we don't author the threads, edit them (unless they violate TOS) or make a judgment. Editing would be considered coauthoring. There is a reason for this and it has been discussed already hundreds of times.

But let's just for argument's sake that Amanda is telling the truth and the dragons are her dad's and he took them when he moved. Nothing was stolen. Tina has then publicly accused her dad and her by association (included her name as well) to theft. That is something she may want to address elsewhere. A serious public allegation. Then this thread would be very beneficial to her in that quest.

YOU have to take responsibility and ownership of the words you post here. So take great care in how you craft your statements. Once you submit your message, it will be here PERMANENTLY, no matter what happens afterwards.

I cannot say too much at this point, however, I will try to clarify with the following:
1.) I reported the dragons stolen on July 11, 2012 when I arrived home from work and found them gone. This included 25 breeders (approx. 6 were HB's) and 80+ babies.
2.) I posted this because I wanted people on here to be aware that they were actually reported as stolen property.
3.) The names have to be on the title according to the rules.
4.) We were not married nor did we have kids together (not sure why that matters)

So this was initiated to inform everyone that these were reported stolen.
I hope this helps you have a better understanding of my post.

Does anyone have proof on who actually owned the animals... Amanda said her dad paid for the dragons can you post proof of the dragons being purchased by Tim?? Also Amanda states that the sold dragons were left in your care Tina is that true?
