    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Robillard that is not remotely close to being true. I have been in direct contact with State of Ky officials including the one that you said drafted that document. She has completely denied it came from either her or her office. Unless you are telling me that the Executive Director of KBOA is a liar, you are a liar. Ms. Kennedy has no reason to lie. Ky does not even govern Ballbids. You have proven time and again that you lie and make things up on the internet with your few friends for the mere reasons that you despise Ballbids and will do and say anything to get your hatred out in public. Don't even try that with me. You are caught and you know it on all counts.

Well, Since Ms Kennedy was actually spoken to and denied it on the phone AND in an email, your lie about it being real is very evident. Anyone can call her. Any one can verify. Thats my stance on whatever I say. It has weight behind it. Not opinion. Wheres YOUR weight?

No Mark, what I am telling you is that according to them, they do not keep emails that long...and for you to wait 6 months to address it is ludicrous! I don't remember half the email I write from 6 months ago, I can only imagine how hard it is for someone who gets as much email as she does to remember everything she writes...I never called anyone but YOU, your son and Marty a liar.

I got a lot of weight. Its all on Say No to Ballbids. From insulting peoples kids, to claiming we attacked your site with no proof, saying that we emailed and threathen customers and suppliers. We have a lot of weight. You want to see screenshots, its all on Say No. A website that you blocked me and other people is not weight. If it was true stuff then there wouldn't be a reason to block me. But you think you can lie and make us look bad and not be called out on it.

There is a connection between them two cause if Toni is a known penny auction scammer, then something really needs to be done. Of course, Marty wants to say it all made up and false but there is too much coincidence between it. 2 people from FL using Radarman and dealing with penny auctions.

Rabernet, that is just too funny that you belive what a LIAR has posted. On this very forum, Sumner has posted a lie that a customer of Ballbids was Zack himself, that Zack NEVER shipped his package and the he and others SCOURED the Fed Ex database and found the shipment never happened only to be CAUGHT in that lie right here. So belive a PROVEN liar or not, I dont care

Robillard I can tell you this. Nothing waited 6 months to be dealt with. I am not aware of any government agency that deletes their emails. Maybe archives them... However your fake email was available during my discussions and was sent up the chain and into another division that handles things like Faked Government Emails. I have spoken to a lot of people relating to this issue. Ballbids was not happy about it nor are the state officials. Don't down play this with me.
 
Oh, and PennyAuctionSoft has been proven to be SCAMMING people left and right, so anything said them should be looked at very closely. Google PennyAuctionSoft and see for yourself. That is why that posting is so funny
 
The email we got from KBOA was December. You didn't contact them til the end of May. Why wait so long?

Just a few examples of PennyAuctionSoft. So, Sumner has taken a post by a KNOWN scamming company and uses it to try to disparage me. That is what makes his post so stupid. He has no common sense to look things up before posting them. AT ALL. He just posts anything. That is why he is in legal hot water
