mr. coral, do you or your thieving wife have anything to ad to this? What's up with all the bankruptcies? What contact have you had, where and with who else, in addition to Bill? Any witnesses to what you've said to him? Other than your wife, we KNOW she can't be trusted, now don't we? Of course, you can't really be trusted either, so maybe Bill can tell us about this meeting or these, as I suspect is actually the case, meetings; plural. Was there, perhaps, a liar, er lawyer present? Perhaps this person advised Bill of some possible outcomes should he not defer to your wishes and try to shush up the THEFT of his business that you and your wife and your mommy have orchestrated.

Do you take advantage of ALL retired people, or is it just Bill that you've royally screwed?

And, most important, how IS it that you sleep at night?

The Great Valley Serpentarium – The truth and nothing but the truth. This is a good example of
“things are not always what they seem to be”. Robert and Marci Coral did not “steal” the Serpentarium. First of all, they had no idea that I had transferred their name to the property. When I did, it raised a red flag and the State of California investigated it and found that a business was also attached to the property. At this point both Robert and myself became victims of the State and they owned the business and property. When I told Robert that I placed the property in their name he immediately tried to get his name off and he explained the situation to me about the bankruptcy. The State forced Robert to close the business for two weeks and was not allowed in the facility. At this time, Robert had no income but he continued to care for the animals even though they were no longer his. The State couldn't care less about the live stock. When the State put the property/business up for sale, Robert, as a desperate resort, asked his mother for help, who is in her later years and out of debt. She was able to take out a second on their home to purchase the Serpentarium. Nor Robert or I own the Serpentarium today but at least we have it back. Robert makes payments to his mom. I have to thank Robert's mom for putting herself in to a financial hardship to help.
You know, Robert and Marci could have walked away from this whole mess and left me with absolutely nothing, but they didn't. They are truly good people and I thank them for saving the Serpentarium. It is something I can always be a part of and they have continued to keep it a very presentable and exciting place to visit. Thank you Robert and Marci and I apologize for all the harassment that you had to endure. I look forward to my next visit to a place created by my dreams. The truth and nothing but the truth. To all you reptile enthusiast out there, thank you for your concerns and support. I was able to write this after meeting with Robert and Marci last night, 9/18/2012.

I'm so tired of everyone making it out to seem like this was all some huge plot of Robert's from the get go. Obvioulsy the whole situation was very stressful on him and his wife as well, because EVERYBODY could have lost this business and the state would have auctioned everything off had it not been for ROberts mother.
I think what is more important to Bill than anything else is that the Serpentarium continued on as an entity, as opposed to what could have happened.

Now I find it offensive to Bill that certain people are insinuating that RObert and his lawyer have twisted Bill's legal arm, forcing these very statements out of him. Its ridiculousness at its very worst.

So now we have Robert and his wife painted out to be theives and scam artists on a highly sophisticated level, capable of playing the whole affair into their hands from the get go, but not only that, we have Bill painted as some kind of feeble old man who is incapable of defending himself from these "criminals" and being coerced saying what they want him to say.
No lawyer in the world can force anybody to compliment someone else, or apo0logize for the HARRASSMENT that others have put them through. It wasn't Bill that dragged their names through the mud, but select members of this forum.

You can post whatever opinions you like, I do not however think you have the right to make insults. There is no double standard here, have I interferred with your right or ability to post your commentary and conclusions?

Why on earth would somebody who just declared bankruptcy even *attempt* to purchase an entire business, let alone one the magnitude of The Serpentarium?

It doesn't make any sense.

It does if they knew what they were doing, which what some are heavily implying. Just because you don't think so, doesn't mean it isn't so.

I dont know. I dont have enough information on the situation to say anything for certain either way. Im just trying not to make to many outrageous assumptions about something I have so little quality information on.

I guess the only question I would put to RObert is why did he attempt to buy a business while in the process of going through bankruptcy. I'm not willing to jump to the conclusion that he had underhanded intentions based off of that question alone.

He may be too much of a coward to come here and post, but I'd bet dollars to donuts that he's reading this.

Also reading this are thousands and thousands of people who think that something is very wrong in how this deal went down, that robert and his wife are thieves and liars who took advantage of a guy who would never have suspected them of being that type of people.

Bill actually is kind and trusting and foolishly expects others to act the same way.
