Well I would hope Facebook will check to see if I been emailing thier "supporters". Since I haven't Say No has not been harassing anybody. But then again it is Facebook.

Knowingly exposing their clueless followers to webpages where they can actually read some semblance of truth? They're clearly praying that they don't bother to read it, and just blindly report it to FB. "Desperation is a stinky cologne.", and that move fairly reeks of it.

The sad part is that it may actually work, at least as far as having "Say NO" removed. At this point, if BallBS supporters can't see that things seriously don't add up, it's hard to see it as anything other than them having made a conscious choice to remain blissfully ignorant. People love a cause. And I think that the kind of people that'd support BallBS, are likely the kind of people that don't mind having their "facts" spoon fed to them. Thinking is so overrated, especially when it may lead to talking yourself out of the slight chance at winning a cheap morph BP.

The only thing that surprises me is that they didn't go that route sooner. It seems to be their modus operandi to have things that don't agree with them removed via squeeze tactics. Thankfully, forum posts are here forever, for the folks that do a web search for the name. You guys have gotta hate that.

I'd like to see some evidence that Ballbids was attacked. Not months ago...I mean during the last three auctions or so when a snake was going to go for a loss to them.

They say they have proof...I'd like to see it, or at least hear how they came to that conclusion.

Mark, I haven't stayed up on this thread but I do have a question for you.
It's not harassing question. Matter of fact, I don't think I have posted my personal opinion ballbids anywhere so I hope you take this at face value.

You talked earlier about your fine with people not liking the business model and you can respect that aspect. My question is multiple part because I don't know what category penny auctions fall under legally and I haven't really looked at the ballbid site to see what restrictions are in place.

Let's just set aside the fact that adults can disagree with the site's format. Some may dislike it and think it's a bad idea. Some may think it isn't legit and there might be shill bidders or other shenanigans going on. Even if they told everyone on ballbids this those that like the format and like the idea may dismiss it and continue. So that brings us to others who like and support your business model. That's fine. You have people that support and think its great. They can make that educated decision if they chose.

So let's get to the heart of my question and set all that aside. Regardless if one is for it or not, I look at it as a form of gambling. People may disagree, You may disagree. I think you called it entertainment shopping but I think ballbids should keep the kids off.

I took notice of some kids talking about their bidding. I don't know if ballbids has user requirements or not but I personally believe the site should.

Any adult reading this thread can take the information here and make a informed decision. Regardless if I agree with them or not.

No matter if I am for, against or indifferent to the site, I would have the same opinion. Kids shouldn't be gambling (also called entertainment) or entertainment shopping (also gambling in my opinion).

I've been in a battle with "doing the right thing" and "keeping a promise" of privacy. Since some of the things stated to me not only have direct bearing on myself but reflect on the community in general, I've decided to, at the risk of breaking my word, do the right thing and post.

I am posting parts of a conversation between myself and Marty Kerstetter, which took place on facebook. I've been pretty vocal about my displeasure with BallBS from the beginning. Because of this, I've been lied about, threatened and badmouthed. I'm a pretty tough cookie so these things don't really bother me, but when they involve other people, I draw a line. They crossed it.

Awhile ago there was an email from Marilyn Kennedy from the KYBOA that was sent to me personally. Since then, BallBids has sworn up and down that it was a FAKE. They have maintained the email was a fake and produced an email of their own stating it was not from their office. I think by now, we all know the story. WELL, apparently, we didn't know everything. Like the fact that Mark, Zack and Marty continue to lie about the email I received being fake. Below is a screenshot from facebook where Marty admits to me that he believes that email is real.

When asked about the DDoS attacks on the site, this is what Marty said:

Since none of us are being prosecuted, I guess his statements are more than misleading, but outright lies.

As of Today, they are still posting on their page that we are responsible for these attacks. This is simply NOT true and they cannot prove otherwise.
