Now they have stooped to reporting FB posts that say bad things about them and Facebook is removing them and banning the posters with no more explanation then a link to there Rules. Not even stating what rule has been violated. I personally am still 3 hours out on my 24 hour ban from posting for using screenshots of what Marty himself has posted. Can't really understand how showing his own words is attacking him? Just shows he will use any measures necessary to block opposing views where his customers might actually see.
Unfortunately the only way to stop them from reporting your posts, is to make the page closed.
I find their behavior childish and VERY unbusiness-like. It is a shame that those "adults" cannot conduct themselves in a professional manner.
It is very telling of them and their ethics that they have stooped to reporting others words, for fear that they will lose customers, when it is their own behavior and lack of business acumen that has led to the loss of customer base.
The shoddy programming, the vile words and accusations from the partners & the father are their downfall.
I disagree with penny auctions to start with, they are a way to get money from those who work hard ... add in live animals and my dislike rises.
Zack Byers saw this as a way to get rich quick with very little effort or investment, he is finding it isn't quite that easy. He and his partners went about this the wrong way & started out on the wrong foot, by angering those who may have been their support.
Then you have the father, Mark Byers, who in his own words has nothing invested other than defending his sons business. Which I call bs on. The attacks he makes and the rhetoric he spews, are at odds with his claim that he isn't financially vested in his sons venture.
So in other words, you have an angry, socially inept young man who cannot communicated with his peers, without attacking them and pissing everyone off; a "programmer" who couldn't program himself out of a wet paper bag, who also has an ego that far surpasses his abilities and a father who is angry, unethical and willing to do whatever it takes to make a quick buck (which IMO, is where Zack learned his morals).
