But you can't sell the pictured snake, the OP's snake, because it isn't your snake. It may be the same morph but it won't be the same snake. That's false advertising. Nowhere did I see you say on your facebook that the snake pictured was just an example. And even so, you can't steal someone's picture that they took to sell their own snake and use it to sell yours. The OP took the time and effort to set up a professional-looking picture with a beautiful subject and you can't just expect to take it and use it for yourself. I'm glad I know to avoid any business that would do something like that.

I understand you say you posted his picture and just found out it was his, fine you didn't know it was his. But one thing you were certain of when you posted it was that it wasn't YOURS. If you have so many animals for sale, why is you page covered in animals that arent yours?

Im sure Fish and Wild Life would love to know you Living in Queens is breeding Ball Pythons where are BANNED/Illegal to own them there unless grandfathered in prior to law.

If I was him I would be pretty ticked off and you are, after many explanations here, obviously not 'getting it', that taking pictures as you have been doing is wrong, and you should be cleaning up your site to show that you understand this.

I think it is pretty obvious by looking through the facebook page that he is a scammer. One thing we know for sure he is a photo thief. His FB page has several of my photos on it. I looked through it and it seems sort of thrown together like someone trying to make their page look like they are into snakes. Then there are several inquiries asking about craigslist ads.


But, this guys is something special. When a scammer undercuts me with my own snake using my own photo, that is crossing the line, haha. He has the Firefly Clown that is safely in my rack offered for sale on his Facebook for $2000 less than I am offering it for. Be careful, even if he lowers the price to $5000, I have a feeling you will never see this animal.
