I have bought rats and mice, live and frozen. Tons of shredded aspen and pine shavings, and tons of rodent food, harlen and his private label. And I mean tons. I never had a problem.

All animals deserve respect, even if they are food for our beloved pets. It's bad enough that the animals for Human consumption are mistreated, now we have it in the reptile community?!

These kind of things just show the truth about a person. And if this kinda thing doesn't persuade a person from dealing with Justin or people like him, then they should be avoided too.

Humanly put them down and let them go with dignity!

Anything I ever bought from him was fine, never a problem. The pictures don't look very good, but it's hard for me to be sympathetic towards the OP, because he bought them in person. Those rodents were in a clear plastic bag. The OP should have been able to clearly see what he was getting before he even left. He should have been able to see the freezer burn before he even paid for them.

Justin might not have the nicest looking buildings in the world, but they are perfect for what he needs them for. So there is absolutely nothing wrong with any of his buildings.

And just to let everyone know, Justin's dumpster is very close to the entrance to his facility. It has to be or they wouldn't be able to get the garbage truck in there to dump it.

sorry i was just told about this post...

Lets get the facts out there :

He came and picked up the rodents at our facility.... he actually had me take a bag of large rats in because there was a, "one" piece of poop in the bag, so we gave him a different bag of rodents. thats how closely he looked at the bags.

as for not responding to him : i am including the text messages of us willing to replace stuff....

also, he didnt start out with telling us there was a problem....he first asked when we would b there and then gave us an order and told us about the previous order.

the stuff didn't look like that when he picked the up..... the mice in the pic have ice on them which means they probably thawed out in the corner of the bags and he refroze them....if the stuff was refrozen and pulled apart that cold b the reason for the broken limbs.

we supply many zoos and other large accounts which are very picky and have never had
an issue with or products.

we humanely euthanize all our products with Co2 and then freeze them....

we are focused for 100% customer satisfaction, so well let u guys decide.

Brian, do you have any pictures of your frozen rats? You have been on here for a long time, as opposed to the anonymous disses from the OP.


Also, and I know maybe it is a small thing, but the OP's pictures were on what I think may be trays taken when they should not have been. Whether or not he was given them I don't know, but it bugs me.

I'd like to hear from more people who bought from this company. The pictures are disgusting, but are they valid pictures of the rats just the way he got them? I agree that if I got bad looking rats I'd email right away, not say nothing until the next time I needed rats.

Sorry Lucille, I don't have any pics. I've been to Justin's facility and his house many times, and I've seen how he does things. He uses co2 on everything.

I'd still believe you over someone who will not attribute his anonymous disses and who did not say anything for so long about alleged bad rats.

It is nice to hear 2 sides of the story. I will admit the pics seemed "damning" upfront, but the possible explanation from Justin seem to be legit as well.... I do like how he handled the situation without bashing the OP FOR ONCE in MANY MANY THREADS.

He had a clear explanation, provided texts and actually added to the thread, which is rare when someone is being slammed.

Gained points in my book for that reason alone.

Hopefully if there remains any issue, it gets rectified quickly and satisfactorily to all parties involved!

One does not need to *bash* to attack someone. Lieng does the Exact same thing. I feel the evident proof on the OP's end is lacking. For all I know is he could have trapped some rats around his house, froze them, and took a picture and stated they were the ones he bought from Justin.

I agree with Lucille as to the fact that Brian has been here longer and his opinions are more credible than the OPs.

Something is just not adding up.

Wow really? Like I dont have better things to do with the limited amount of free time I have?

Look at the date the pics were taken. Shortly after I bought them. Its not hard to figure out they werent in my possesion long. I had just worked 12 hrs and barely made it to his facility before closing. Tne fuzzies were packed like they were just thrown in there you couldnt tell if there were anything wrong with them. I shoulve noticed the large rats yesm but when you have a bad one packed between ones that look alright I couldnt see it without taking them out they were that tightly packed. It wasnt poop Justin that I was refusing to buy that one bag, the rats in that bag had SCABS on them. SCABS! Yuk.

I am not anonymous here, name and location is right there. Would you like to know more? I wasnt trying to diss anyone here, I am stating the facts and sharing my experience. Alleged bad rats? I think ive provided enough proof.

I am not calling you a liar, I am stating that lying can damage someone just as bad as "bashing". I am saying that Justin has tried to refund you for whatever did or did not happen. He seems like an honest guy and their is just no definitive proof that the rats that are photographed are the EXACT rats you bought from Justin.

However this is only my opinion, and my opinion is still the same.
