    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I consider that a threat.

He was the one who did something wrong. He is the one who is now going to send threats?

He should be avoided. Anyone in Camp Duffy who condones his behavior should be avoided.

I guess he wants to threaten me because I told someone to check the BOI. He also wants to threaten me because I posted the headers to MY e-mail he or someone he knows sent to me.

He thinks he knows the law. He does not realize he needs to learn it from the other side.

He says I spelled his name wrong. I guess he is confused. I did not start this thread. He is getting confused between what happened and what he just wishes happened.

Civil Court - Preponderance of the evidence. I have my e-mail that shows YOUR ip addy which the admins from this forum verified. The same IP is found on another e-mail that you sent to another guy.

You have to prove falsity in my statements.

A false ad/ complaint was placed against your competition.
I replied to the false ad/complaint.
The person replied to me with an IP addy.
That same person replied to someone else with the same IP addy.
You came to this forum and replied with the same IP addy.
Which parts are false? :thumbsup:

As per our attorney we will gladly prove in court who is involved in the post Ritchie has posted in this forum but will need Ritchie to provide information unless he does not want to come forth with the truth about where the emails and posts originated. We gladly look forward to answering the questions about who is really involved now But Ritchie wont give us the info so he can have something legal delivered to his door. In case you are not aware slander and defamation of character is punishable in court. It will not surprise many of you who was involved in this now that we have all the documents and Craigslist account information. So Ritchie Do you have an address? We have spent the money to clear our name . Now its yours and a few others turn in court. As much as we would love to reply to all the accusations and drama until we have the evidence put forth in front of a judge we cant reply to any other posts. As our replys have been deleted in other forums to the accusation we hope this reply will stay up.
 
Your attorney cannot locate a Ritchie Luna in Peoria, AZ? You paying this guy in rats or something?

The IP addy I got and the IP addy Mr. Berryman got and the IP addy the admins got from your post in this forum all match.

Perhaps you should reread and try to comprehend. Perhaps you can have someone read it to you.

Exactly what are you trying to prove? Someone else was sitting on your lap when the post was made from your IP addy?

My experience with Duffy Ladd was not great. At the phoenix show he had a het pied female on his table for $50 and i was interested. After waiting for 10 minutes for duffy and his team to finish their horse play I asked to purchase it. He handed me the snake and it was a male! He said sorry he grabbed the wrong animal. Duffy said he had 2 female babies and 3 proven het females at home and he would have his wife grab them from home and bring them to the show that day, Saturday if i wanted them, i asked if he wanted paid now for them and he said no. Well Saturday evening I asked for the females he said he forgot about them. Sunday morning I asked for the 5 females again he said they were coming so I bought 2 het albino female balls and said I would see him at the end for the het pieds he said OK. Well Sunday at the end of the show he said he still didn't have them. Well I didn't get the hets and missed out on some other animals I would have picked up had he been honest with me. So no big deal I wouldn't even posted..... but, both of the female het albinos had respiratory issues pop up the next day and the day after while sitting on 88 degree hot spots.

I would not recommend purchasing an animal from Arizona rodent ranch.

I wouldnt buy visuals from this guy if he were selling them. His past speaks volumes about his business practices, add this guy to your "Do Not Do business with" list.

Also any evidence of your purchases and pics of the snakes? How bad is the RI? Hope you have them in a QT room separate from the rest of your collection?
 
The typos on that page are awful, but the fact that they spelled Jurassic wrong in their logo is just so... so.. really, really bad.

I have a lot to say about this situation, Duffy Ladd, but i can't do it here. My name is Deb, I own Deb's dragons and I am really really sorry about the fact that i finally got to read all of these posts about this. If you want to hear my story, it is long. But, I am the one who introduced reptiles to them and their families back in 2010 He was my photographer and friend, and she and her husband were our friends, or so I thought... She was my best friend, and I didn't see it coming, but I was a big fool, and I am humbled in retrospect. I have never posted and i hate being on the computer, but after being alerted to read this, I just had to post. They never had any reptiles prior to 2012, or 2011. He started doing gigs last year for me and was working for me doing gigs until last week. I found out that he had started a business called jurassic jungle while he was working for me and it broke my heart, because it was so deceptive. The story is long, but ends in me finding out that Duffy is not who I thought he was and Kim just became weak, and when I confronted them and asked if they were doing it, Duffy became violent and began yelling and pushed and threatened my fiancee, and police were called, and I fell apart. But, I am starting over and being more aware of my "friend" surroundings, and my business. I have loved reptiles my whole life and my story is real. When I read the "about" on Jurassic Jungle, it says he and his family have been doing this for a long time, but it's not true, and he is not the person I thought he was. I am naive for not seeing that. I will see clearer in the future. I learned a lot from reading the posts, mainly from all of you who saw the truth and didn't back down. It forced me to see the truth and really face it. I thank you for that. I have been doing animal shows for kids for 12 years now and last week was the first time I thought that maybe I should quit doing this, so, Duffy, if you are listening, you hurt me, and you hurt a lot of people by your words and lies. I still think you can make this right by just telling the truth about these issues. I always have believed that there is good in everyone... Until there just isnt. Then, it's like the movie "ghost" where the black figures just drag you away. Be bigger than yourself and do what is right.
