In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

Yeah, I know. They are a pain in the butt. But they pay the bills to keep my server running. Just a fact of life, I am afraid.

Want to get rid of them? Simple. Just become a Contributor level member or above and they will be gone. -> Please click HERE."

Is that too much for me to ask of you to keep this site running? Well, sorry about that. I too wish I could get everything for free. But alas.....

    =====================

Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

(story of "dinker enchi" male)
heres an interesting one.
last year I bred my calico male to a normal female, got 7 eggs, 6 calico, and 1 enchi looking baby, this was the females first breeding and at the time I didn't even own an enchi, so I cant figure out how the enchi gene got in a calico X normal clutch, I kept the "enchi baby and raised him up. this year I bred him back to his mother. the babies are still in the eggs though I cut windows in them, out of 7 babies 3 look enchi like and 4 look normal,(2 already left the egg in the pics) so I don't know what to say about this clutch
I actually posted him under dinkers or normal in this forum in 2012.

and then last is 3 "pastels" born this year, left to right,
very dark male from a calico male to a pastel female
super pastel to a normal
same super pastel to a het albino female pic 3 (look at that pattern and bright head)

The female in question appears to be a Harlequin. She exhibits a lot of those particular traits. As for the "Enchi gene", it kind of looks like the Rio stuff but cant say 100%. Dan Wolfe has a lot of different variations of that gene and may be able to help. Thats just my opinion.

Hmm, I can also see harly in the first female. But I am also seeing possbly chocolate/yellowbelly maybe? Mostly because thats what I see in her son.

Next Group: You have a very nice set of Blackbacks, if its genetic no one can say until they breed. I have a male that is very similar to your male.

Group 3: Looks to like you have a wide range of enchi variables, and I dont see anything in those females, maybe some reduced pattern, but thats about it.

Group 4: First pic looks like Enchi, and the 3 pastels look to be pastels. The third one does have a nice blushed head, but not enough to say super pastel, especially when compared to the other pastels.

So thats my opinion, I could be wrong though, so what do you think about your snakes?

ok I had to go page flipping back and forth to compare pics to your post. 1st I appreciate the responses from anyone and everyone who took the time to check them out.

so set 1 I agree she looks harly but what im hoping for and will probably be wrong on is that she might be mystic or similar(phantom etc.) I doubt id be so lucky but when I look at photos of her and photos of adult mystics the only major diff. I see is that she has less alien heads or reduced pattern, we shall see when I breed her again

set 2 pretty much agree with the blackback comment the first 3 pics of 2 diff. animals are very orange in person enchi orange in coloring, the last I think is just a blackback but hope for genetic I have been breeding her to the male in pic 1 and 2 of this group, so again to prove anything out you have to breed it

set 3 just my enchis from the enchi dinker male(the one that randomly poped up in a calico normal clutch) he has now produced "enchi" offspring so I would say hes genetic, possibly my own line of enchi but ill do further breeding before declaring it conclusive.
the female in pic 2 is odd in person difficult to catch her coloring just right possible fire if not just a nice normal (is currently breeding with vanilla and firefly so one way or the other if I get eggs I should get my answer)
female in pic 3 and 4 again just a nice normal, clean belly lots of blushing, have bred her to many males but so far none seem to have taken so I really don't know on her yet.
set 4 pretty much agree with you on al accounts including the pastel (just proves how variable they can be) I know the light one isn't a super pastel just comparing the similar head. thank you all and id like more opinions if anyone else has them

on the very first female (the harly) I meant to add that she could be chocolate like but not yb only because the father was yb and I didn't produce an ivory

I don't think Harlequin. I think definite Chocolate. The son definitely looks chocolate yb.

Not sure on the rest of things, but they're definitely cool.
