This is why I debated posting anything at all. Is it worth the stress of dealing with you? Only if it prevents someone from having to go through what I did.

Yes, that was an old old webpage. I haven't updated it in years - I pretty much forgot about it and only really used it for hosting photos. I lived in Anoka, had snakes, and left them with my old roommates (who also had snakes) when I moved closer to work. I no longer live at either address. I haven't for some years now. What you were and weren't allowed to keep was NEVER the issue for me. It was the bad check you never made good on. I dropped my own issue with you and stopped asking you for money once I received snakes back. That still doesn't change that you jerked me around for 2 years.

I don't care if you do or don't donate to the MHS. You were the one that offered money, and just I didn't want to deal with you. Do whatever, don't do whatever. Just make good on your deals from now on and prove people wrong.

And yet again, I'll say what I said last time. I never said the mites came from your collection. Ever.

The last time I read something so ridiculous and pitiful, was the attempts of deflection and double speak in the ballbids thread.

It appears, chuck is trying to mock the BOI with his lack of grammar and repetition ... broken record.

His responses are classic scammer speak. I like many here, have read BOI threads for years, all scammers say the same things.

The only thing chuck has proven with his ramblings, is not to do business with him. He damaged his own image with his childishness & repetitiveness.

Have I pissed off a some customer(s), Yea more than a few, Police, Judges, family and friends! I do admit I could have resolved them in a better manner, but at the same time retail customer(s) can test your stress level when issues arise.

How ever this section of the forum is to resolve issues and lets stick to the issues resolution, name calling and finger point takes away from the topic at hand, With that said I'll admit in my unprofessional manner in dealing with April issues with me, My reason are pointless, She should have been refunded in a timely manner, April for that I am truly sorry! At the time nice size deal went bad on ebay and franking I was in the negative.

That's like saying I'm sorry, but ...

Today's a new day and even though April had been reimbursed, I'd like to take this time to take full responsibility of my actions and pay her the original $120 and make any arrangements for pickup, transfer and ect. to April at anytime next Thursday for pickup! As for any other issues or claims, two of the posted additional claims are faulty at best. I will take full responsibility on ALL past and or present business related issues giving support documentation and that all our policies where followed. I've not been hiding I'm still spend Sundays and Mondays with my grandmother and my information and life is and always will be an open book!

-I dont need to have a degree to be a herpetologist. I bet those with degrees would beg to differ.

The majority of the people keeping herps are not herpetologists, unless they are working with an accredited zoo or conservation organization. To be a herpetologist, you must be participating in publishable scientific research (such as research I am conducting on amphibian responses to cattail reduction treatments in shallow emergent wetlands in northwestern Minnesota).

If anything, thank you April for bringing to light a relatively local individual who I will never conduct any purchases, trades, or sales with. Although dealing with him was/is painful, at least by publishing your experiences here you have saved others from going through the same hassle.

Sooner or later it is going to dawn on Mr. Schuck that future potential clients are going to be searching out his name to look for references, and his actions here will be popping up in those searches for them to read. Certainly if I were interested in hiring a networking consultant and made note of his issues with basic grammar and comprehension, I would without doubt take my business elsewhere.

I get requests VERY often from people who want me to delete their posts here because they are afraid that their transgressions and poor choice of mannerisms displayed in those posts will negatively affect their chances of landing a job. Many employers to employ Google searches and others to review potential candidates for job openings. Heck, just this past weekend I had someone offer me $1500 to simply delete his posts here. I refused, of course, and then he pretty much said for me to name my price. I didn't even bother to respond. It is not my fault that people will act like they do here, and I am certainly not inclined to break out the pooper scooper to clean up their messes for them after the fact.

First off not even you can remove content, Once search engines SERPS , cached content. The above reference to your abilities to do such is simple FALSE! I spent the last 10 years Developing, Designing, and out ranking websites as an affiliate marketing on side topic I am an EXPERT!

As your claim of me being worried about this Fauna post hurting my potential income?? Fauna is a poor example based on it's alexa ranking as something to be worried about.

To use such an example is a direct reflection of your lack of knowledge on the topic of web search!
