Bad Guy Amanda Russell Karma Chameleons

There has recently been some accusations mad about me Kamo Chameleons that i had in some way scammed Amanda Russell aka Karma Chameleons however that is far from the truth. In our first transaction I sent her an juv Ambanja male with only a $50.00 deposit as i had felt bad that she had received two D.O.A Chams the previous two days. Everything went smoothly and she paid the remaining balance on time in the correct manor. I was then holding a tamatave male for her that she put a $50.00 deposit on. She then made another payment of a $100.00 that also went through without incident. Her last payment was then made by form of echeck which I have never dealt with before for $200.00. I received an email stating the payment had been mad however it was not posting or even showing up on my pay pal account. I then contacted pay pal and they informed in that the echeck form of payment would take 2-3 days to post to my account and another 3-5 business days to clear. I was also instructed not to ship the animal until the funds had cleared in my account. Amanda then immediately demanded shipment and when i stated i needed to receive payment in full to ship this cham she reversed her initial deposit immediately. She then began harassing me, threatening me and disrupting my life calling me after 1am in the morning. She also got her husband involved as he called me many time. I decided that this transaction was not going good and explained that to her and refunded her money immediately as I would never have full payment for the Cham at time of shipment as she was still holding the deposit and refusing to release it. She then went and posted many false accusations about me and has been a thron in my side since. To my horror I was just looking paypay account and found that she had gone and charged back every single transaction that we had through her bank. She even charged the back Tamatave that I had already sent her the refund for. This woman never has money to pay for a chameleon in full at any time as I have spoken with many other people who she has deposits with. I am now out close to $1,000 and she still has the original ambanja aka Eios in her possession zwhich in now stolen property. Do not sell to this women as the sale will end up taking well over a month, become and hassle, interrupt your personal life then get made out to look like the bad guy. Here of the picture of the charge backs on my paypal and the proof cant not lie. This has nothing to do with feeder strictly cham. Please seller beware

Lucille this has to do with the transaction that she stated was great and went so smoothly. Now she has gone and charged back all charges on everything. This has nothing to do with the B.O.I about me. As you can see she got her money back the next morning for the Tamatave so in reality how was there any infraction that deserved a B.O.I post about me. The other claim about feeders is also unreal. HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE NOT GOTTEN DEAD FEEDERS BEFORE. She kept half the supers and got a full refund also so how is that not standard procedure? that was such a bad infraction that it needed to start a 9 plus page back and forth, b.s, drawn out argument that we see ever single day in this industry. The reason I have not posted more is because I am not going to add fuel to a fire. Everyone in this whole industry just needs to learn to get along a little better and have some respect for others and this would be a way more enjoyable hobby. Instead all of this b.s that is constantly going on is just making the whole hobby/industry as a whole look like a joke.

Yes I do I will be posting them after my lawyer is done with them. The police have been contacted as she is in possession of stolen property.

I have to side with Evan on this one, having dealth with echeck in the past,
Amanda should have been patient and wait until the funds cleared before requesting shipment.. she should also pay back what she now stole from him.
the only reason she paid echeck is probably because she did not have the funds that day and knew it takes a few days before it would go trough her account and this gave her time/hope that $$ would be available when it did.

not only do we see more and more people getting ripped off by buyers doing cash backs after receiving animals or opening up a dispute only to falsly win because of the paypal non live animal rule (wich makes no sense to me) before even knowing if the echeck even cleared, makes no sense at all.. anywhere you pay with a check, they will wait until it cleares before shipping out..

Aside from the issues on the most recent deal, the fact that the buyer went in and posted a charge back on a sale that was completed weeks ago and she stated she was happy with in my opinion is at best a garbage move, I would seek legal action as this would most likely constitute some degree of fraud.

I DID NOT charge back the payment for the chameleon I have in my possession. I however did charge back for the tamatave since paypal and my bank both showed it cleared and AFTER he sent me a tracking number that was fake!

I had the money I had lost my card and had it switched to the bank account alone I had no idea it would be a echeck I was not aware that Paypal did echecks

I disputed it threw paypal AFTER he had told me it was cleared and was shipping the animal and when 4 oclock the next day after I did not receive the chameleon I had realized he gave me a fake tracking so I disputed, at which time he then tried to send me a different tamatave then the one I agreed to purchase

Someone is lieing here and whoever it is is doing a pretty decent job at it considering both parties have SSs showing their side of the story even though both sides contradict each other. Someone is faking SSs I think

go check out that BOI. It has her conversation. He has cheated quite a few people out of money as you will see the screen shots on that BOI from 4 other people besides Chamgirl88 and myself.
