Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Ok so he has the number, just waiting for him to hand it over, there were mo worded emails, just pics... I was sent pics 3 times, using 2 different emails. One shows up as Jessie the other [email protected] ( when you open the email is michael gentry.)

Oh, no that got messed up, it was 1.3, but we took a male and female out in exchange for heat tape and foil tape, but I'm not worried about the tape.
 
Also, it says you will use FedEx. Apparently you created a contract you yourself did not abide by...remember that for next time.

Then why was it not amended? I see where someone has TYPED Michael Gentry, but where is an actual signature?

That was messed up to, this is the document he wrote, I wrote this one, he gave me permission to use his name too. This is also before we substituted the tapes instead of the normal pair, I just sent extra heat tape to add it up:

I MIKE SIDORE am trading MICHAEL GENTRY 6 total ball pythons for 3 total ball pyhtons.. On MIKE SIDORE'S part 3 normal females, 1 normal male, 1 male spinner, and 1 male pinstripe, along with heat and foil tape will be traded for 1 male banana, 1 female clown, and 1 female champagne on MICHAEL GENTRY'S Part. Pictures have been exchanged along with details about health and each snake in general. Both owners will ship snakes on MONDAY, AUGUST 12th 2014 using ups and fedex ,and both shall include tracking numbers. Once both owners receive the snakes they made the deal for MIKE SIDORE will ship the heat and foil tape. To be sure the shipping can take place, MICHAEL GENTRY has agreed to send 65 dollars through PayPal to pay for shipping for the 6 snakes on MIKE SIDORE'S part. If one of the owners fails to keep his side of the deal, immediate action will take place to fix the problem. If nothing is done to fix the problem any action with authorities may take place. BOTH owners must realize texts have been exchanged with how the deal was suppose to run.

Ii figured that counted as electronically signed, so then the so called contract isn't actually a contract? Wonderful. I'm never trading again. I'll jsut buy and sell instead.

It's like 2 different people are writing. So who really wrote the "contract" from above? :shrug01: It's a totally different speech pattern, along with sentence structure, spelling, grammar...Everything.

Oh, and I'm not wasting anything. It's interesting to see what's unfolding...

I'm a thorough person when I do business. Just wanted to include all the aspects of the trade. Why does it matter how I write? I'm 14 years old.

I may be wrong, but I do remember my employer, who receives electronic job applications, mention that the only legally binding electronic signature software involves typed initials and then the last four of the signee's social security number. Granted my mother once had to explain to her what Viagra was.
