On sunday August 17th some time before midnight i made a large order of 3/4 inch Dubia Several Hundred Dollars Worth, they were not shipped until tuesday (not a big deal as long as i get them soon) i received them thursday Morning, and as the post man handed me the Box i could feel moisture and the box very hot, There was no cold pack, they were loose in the box (most shippers know 90+ degrees 2 day shipping use a cold pack) When i opened the first box the entire Order Was DOA, i sent him pictures as his requirement, i then decided to contact him via email, Facebook, and cell phone all no answers for almost his entire 2 hour window for replacement, i get a simple text of "I'm on the road no service ill call you later" as hours go by and several phone calls are made an offer to send me crickets to hold me over until the following week, an offer i said no to (im very picky and OCD about my bugs and reptiles, i do not know his source for crickets and do not want to go through a pin worm epidemic in my collection), which he was okay with as he states that he has some locals near me with roaches he will see what he can do, later into the evening he contacts me via call to let me know that it was going to cost him a excessive amount to reship overnight which i appreciated and informed him of a sizing issue anyway most were under the ordered size and he reassured me his "partner" had repacked the order and they were much larger this time, which did in fact make me feel at ease. i received them saturday morning and to my satisfaction they were at least alive some babies but most were to size as promised, i unpacked them and was pleased with my replacement, as the day gets late i have at this point received a few text from him asking about how the order was which i did not have time to respond to until later in the evening, i responded informing him that there were smalls involved but it was a non issue that i would let it go, since he is currently in portland, Oregon not even home to deal with the packing issue himself. with that being said. the issues with this transaction was not with the product, it was the customer service, he has been disrespectful towards me about the order, throwing experience around as a big shot shipper shipping over 500 orders with no issues. i informed him to just let it go and chalk it up as a learning lesson and to continue to improve on his communication skills with customers,meanwhile he has even gone as far as posting on other threads that i "duped" him for free roaches, and how ive "messed with the wrong person" im appalled by this behavior which was extremely premature during the transaction. i am going to include pictures of the roaches that were DOA, and the packaging and if i can manage to get screen shots from my phone those will be included into the comments
