Josh, not refuting a screenshot is quite different than making an accusation and not providing any evidence. Rob accussed me of creating a fake person that posted on Facebook, drawing attention to this BOI in a group I'm not even in. I personally believe it was Rob or someone else from the "Chameleons Gold Wild" group who created the priofile thinking they'd drive more attention to this BOI -- which wouldn't be the first fake profile created this week to do that ("Girn Blanston" was at least one).

I can't understand why this is being avoided. As far as I'm concerned, if Rob provides no proof of these accusations, nothing he posts here should be taken with anything other than a grain of salt.

I don't see the point of posting a screenshot showing the mass emailings since the receipient email SHOULD be edited out. Since others have repeatedly doubted Panther Company's screenshots, what would prevent them from claiming the email is false since the true recipient cannot be determined? This is borderline invasion of privacy; Panther Company's buyer information is not anyone's business but their own.

having read this thread in its entirety, I believe Panther Company made repeated and severe mistakes showing lack of organization but I still believe they are mistakes. I am doubtful they intentionally set out to misrepresent stock. Where I am certain, however, is how shamefully this thread went from exposing information to repeated petty insults and childish behavior. From what I see Pathner Company satisfied the relevent questions and has not denied mistakes were made. Refunds were offered. What other reasonable demand remains?

No, I dont think it is unreasonable of you to ask but the fact that theyre unwilling to provide any kind of proof that all customers involved have been notified should send up red flags (opinion).

I read those posts multiple times since you referred to them more than once. The only unsatisfied item I can determine, based on my own interpretation, is the fact Josh will not provide screenshots that potentially affected customers were notified. Please refer to the first paragraph of my previous post regarding why that shouldn't be done. I trust John would handle that privately, between his company and the buyer, as it should.

Disagreeing with Panther Company between posts #177 and #198 does not render false the information he provided. So I ask again, what *reasonable* demand remains?

Even with the recipients name blacked out, leaving the timestamp and content uncensored would surely prove to me that no other breeding programs could be compromised due to a lack of disclosure

I understand you want proof they notified affected buyers but this cannot be satisfactorily provided without compromising their privacy. What use is the content of an email without showing where it went? Josh could have easily filled the reciepient list with dummy accounts, then blanked it out to appear populated.

(In no way am I insinuating he would, I believe Josh is above that sort of deception.)
