    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

I found him! I replied to an ad on craigslist out of curiosity (reading this thread today and he gave the same address, and told me his name is Dave.

David - you've posted a couple of visitor messages in which you apologize to those you've wronged, and said that you want to earn the trust and respect of the membership of this site. I suspect that the people you've stolen from will be unimpressed with your posted apologies. If you want to show yourself to be an upstanding member, worthy of trust and respect, my suggestion would be to step up your game a bit. Make things right with the people you've wronged...pay them back, or replace the animals you stole.
If you don't do that, IMO, those posts aren't worth the time it takes to read them; and you'll always have the shadow of that past blocking you.

These issues and tings happened along time ago. What proof can I give you ? Bottom line is, im here, im not hiding anything, im open and being upfront and honest with you and everyone else here in this forum and in the community. Im a changed, grown up man who has made mistakes and has learned from them. Im not hiding from what I have done in my past, not making light of it at all or sugar coating it. But I can promise you and everyone else that I am not that same person any longer. I am a better man. And im actually proud of that.

Everyone deserves the chance to change and grow up. At the same time it may come at a cost especially if others were negatively affected in the past. How about contacting someone that was wronged here on your BOI thread and have them post about how you fixed the situation and made things right for them, that would be a good start.

Any past affected BOI person have a positive review to share with us now regarding Mr. Huffman?

If you changed then great for you. You are going to have to look at it from other peoples point of view. You have five years here of problems. The last time you created a fake profile was a year ago that I know of. A year ago you were stealing others pictures a posting them under a bogus account here. That's not a long time ago.

You're going to have much to prove and be able to handle the fallout from your past decisions and what you have done to others.
Even if you have changed, it's not going to be easy. I'm sure you will have a opportunity to show it with the criticisms and comments that are sure to come your way.
 
Something bothers me about a liar and thief who wants to rejoin the community by saying something vague like "I've made mistakes in the past".

Couldn't you be more specific and say something like "I'm David Huffman. On multiple occasions, I tricked honest people in to shipping me their snakes with no intention of ever honoring my end of the deal. I intentionally committed grand theft and fraud on more than one occasion. I know there are literally thousands of reputable ball python breeders out there but I'm hoping you're foolish enough to take a chance on me. I should be a convicted felon for my actions but lets just wipe the slate clean and start over because I like reptiles."

Quite honestly it was with a lot of reluctance that you were allowed back on here. So the burden is on YOU to prove yourself. No one who knows of your past history is going to take your professed change of heart at face value. So if the people you wronged in the past have been made whole again, I think YOU making the effort to get them to come here and verify that will go a long LONG way to proving your sincerity.

You are being given another chance. Don't blow it.
 
There were some people in this thread that got their animals back...but it wasn't due to any change of heart on David's part; and, frankly, those aren't really the stories that interest me. I want to hear about the people you reached out to & "made whole" AFTER you changed.
