Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

Bad Guy Phil Robbins and Jeremy Hargett ( jsh reptiles )

Not sure about Phil Rob(bins) but Jeremy Hargett posts a LOT of for sale ads on fb in various groups, Colubrid Classifieds is one for sure. Very active on fb, knew the name was familiar.never dealt with him but has some fairly non run of the mill snakes for sale on there .
Maybe worth looking just to get an idea of character from the ads......

phil did indeed post hottentotta species for sale as well. which is why I'm still wondering if Jeremy acted alone or under phils guidance.

i do find it kinda funny though that neither one of them will post in this thread (specially Jeremy for saying he would post screen shots to prove i "left stuff out". i would assume they have a partial brain their bodies and realize that opening their mouths here will only create more problems for them because they both know they have been caught by their own admissions. its comedy to me at this point.

Thanks for the "heads up" Rowdy. I've been on this site long enough to know that honest people tend to defend themselves with passion. Unlike the accused here. So far, your case is strong. I suspect it will not weaken.

everyone should also keep in mind that i didn't place any order nor am i out any money or animals with either phil or Jeremy. i have no other motive to cause anyone undue problems. these guys just happen to deserve it and i wasn't going to stand by and let someone get suckered!

Let me get this straight according to this dink I am going to jail for fraud because I DID NOT SELL SOMETHING I DID NOT HAVE NOR DID I ADVERTISE SAID THING I DID NOT HAVE? Is that about it? You are completely crazy. at no time did I advertise for sale Androctonus togolensis, nor at the time did I send a pic inferring that anything was A. togolensis.

and like i said....either you and or Jeremy were offering togolensis. the proof is in the writing. whos crazy???? everyone can read that:
1) you said you didn't have togolensis.
2) Jeremy works for you.
3) Jeremy offered me and at least one other person togolensis.

the scenarios are pretty simple. either,
a) you told Jeremy to sell them as togolensis.
b) Jeremy purchased scorpions from you and he clearly said he bought them as what they were labeled as (togolensis) but you told me they were not togolensis, meaning you scammed Jeremy into buying togolensis.
c) Jeremy just made it up by himself.

YOU...i repeat....YOU are responsible for representing your employees and the products you choose to sell. I would place great care into monitoring what my employees are selling on behalf of me.

i havnt even mentioned the fact that you told me that you haven't sold "any at all, anywhere" of the hottentotta, yet Jeremy tells me he bought them from you as being labeled togolensis. not to mention the fact that IF HE BOUGHT THEM FROM YOU WHY IS HE SAYING "let me refer you to my invertebrate manager"?!
