    In short, DON'T! Email notices are to ONLY alert you of a reply to your private message or your ad on this site. Replying to the email just wastes your time as it goes NOWHERE, and probably pisses off the person you thought you replied to when they think you just ignored them. So instead of complaining to me about your messages not being replied to from this site via email, please READ that email notice that plainly states what you need to do in order to reply to who you are trying to converse with.

    Google Adsense ad revenue for December, 2025 was just $30 over the cost of the lease for the server running this site. So, in effect, the money providing the incentive for me to continue running this site is coming SOLELY from the paid memberships and sponsorships here. Which honestly ain't much....

So according to the time line you buy the snake not sure when it was received.

Filed a Paypal claim before even given contacting them and giving them a chance to make it right.

You are asked for pictures which I would too since close up pictures of an open mouth can hardly tell anyone if it is their snake or not. YOU chose not to provide those pictures apparently and demand a refund before the animal is even returned and after filing a claim.

She tells you she is looking into return labels on the day you initiated your claim which is encouraging since most scammer would probably ignore you.

Now I don’t know them, I don’t know you but it seems like they are trying (at least so far) to make it right but you are not giving them a chance too.

Don’t you think that before making this thread you could have give them the time to make it right, most people will only refund a purchase once an animal is returned anyway yet you filed a claim. You made a paypal claim which as assume immediately upon reception and are now posting here 24 hours later.

Sure no sick animal should be shipped however not everyone is perfect and giving the opportunity for the seller to fix their mistake is the least you could do, but I have a feeling you are not the patient type that would give people that opportunity to do so (get that feeling from the way you post).

Yet you jump immediately on filing a claim without giving them a chance to send you a return label, receive the animal and refund your money :ack2:
 
Really beware of buyer

I tried helping out just to inform people out there out there and I'm the bad guy wow this was the first and last time I buy from them this forum sucks gave them notice now there not responding no sweet spoke to PayPal and there giving me a refund had to take it to the vet and spend 75 buck PayPal will be refunding me I owned worldwide reptiles been in this since the 1990 in Florida
 
If you've been in this since the 90s and you're just now buying a baby black pastel, you've obviously been doing something wrong. For someone who's so rich, as you claim, it's interesting that you can't wait 24 hours for a refund on a $100 snake.

At least you figured out how to turn off caps lock, that's a start.

Wow you got that all from a text the way I run my company if someone is not happy with the snake I give refund right away no questions ask I guess your company doesn't work that way you sell sick snake too uh

Let me send you a sick snake see how you feel if she would have responded no worry I'll refund you I would not had an issue but when she starts making excuses not to refund then that's when it's wrong

Oh, no wonder you have no money. If you give refunds on every animal, no questions asked, don't even make them send the animal back first, I can see why you'd go out of business. Thank you for the explanation :)

Your attitude and behavior probably didn't help either, I sure as shiitake wouldn't buy from you (or sell to you) after seeing this thread.

I thought you didn't have any sick snakes? Sounds like you have a bunch held back just to send to people who disagree with you. Are you sure you didn't just take a picture of one of your own animals to try to scam the seller? It's starting to sound that way.

I told her I'll ship it back she said she ships with a ship station I don't even have the address to ship back it's not about the 100 buck I know she's your friend but if she told me sent it back I'll refund you no issues it's about someone that claims there in the biz for 20 yr don't make mistakes shipping a sick snake they knew it was sick they thought it was a little kid that knows nothing about snakes
 
How do you figure she's my friend? Because I disagree with you and it makes you feel better to think I must be friends with her instead of the fact that you're throwing a fit and being unreasonable?

Just a heads up, I've never even heard of this lady/company before and you're acting like a child, that's why I'm disagreeing with you. I can see where they'd get the idea they were selling to a kid, you certainly come across as one.

I'm not throwing a fit the case is close if someone ships a sick snakes common really they should know better I don't need to lie about a sick snake that cost 100 bucks the mod from morph market told me to post it here to let people be aware of what happen and you guys get turn on just to have a debate all I'm saying people that sell snakes should know what there selling before shipping
 
Right, and all people did was ask you to post the conversation and you threw a fit. The emails show the seller being very reasonable and responding. All of your posts here show you being incredibly UNreasonable and angry.

No, you should not get a sick snake. Yes, you should give them 24 hours to get back to you before making it into a huge deal.
 
Yea after 5 emails

Back and forth from PayPal I ask her 7 times I'll ship it back please refund and she keep stating no its not sick then I did a PayPal despite gave her my number to call she didn't what does that tell you if she called me and spoke to resolve an issue that would have been fine but after marking excuses over and over what the jell
 
You posted three messages with very thorough responses from the seller. If you're saying she blew you off and refused to get back to you and denied anything was wrong, post those messages as well. I'm pretty sure you deleted a few out because they didn't look too great, I was going to say something earlier but figured it's not worth it.
